Summary:
Welcome to Pedal Inn 8, where you can walk out the front door to the trails, The Momentary and 8th St Market. Located in the popular Market District. 5 minutes to Downtown Bentonville & a block from the Razorback Greenway. You have this whole house with a split, open floorplan all to yourself plus the ATTACHED GARAGE for bike storage! 3 bedrooms with a king mattress, queen and 2 twins. 2 full baths. Sit on the front patio and watch the Downtown Trail.

The Space:
Spacious home in the heart of Bentonville. WIFI and 2 smart TV's to watch your own apps. Split bedroom plan with an open living area. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The home is stocked with everything you need to make meals, from silverware to frying pans and everything in between. There is a garage to store your bikes and a water hose to wash them off after you're done riding for the day!

Terrific long weekend

We had a wonderful stay at the Pedal Inn 8 from beginning to end. Spacious, very comfortable and clean, the Pedal Inn exceeded our expectations. Perfectly located, the inn was in walking distance to downtown and many attractions. Bentonville is a great place to visit.

Perfect Stay

The Pedal Inn 8 exceeds all the description and makes for a perfect stay with family and a pet. The house is clean, has all of the comforts of home and is in a wonderful location. Lisa is available with any questions and incredibly kind and understanding. We will be back!

Cute little house with prime location!

We had a wonderful long weekend here. Lisa (the host) was great. Communicated well and also was so kind to provide lawn chairs so we could use them to watch the Bentonville city fireworks display on the 4th of July. We also used them for a concert at The Momentary. The house was perfect for us and location couldnt have been better. Easy to walk to the town square, and the Momentary is just a block away. Also near a public playground/park, which was nice for our daughter. We also ate at Table, the restaurant next door, twice and had positive experiences both times. We'll probably stay here again the next time we visit Bentonville. A fabulous town that's quickly becoming our new weekend getaway!
