One of the cleanest VRBO's we've been in. Kitchen was well stocked IF I'd chose to cook in it, nicely decorated and the back deck was very inviting and comfortable. We will be back!

Property was just as described. It was perfect for our group, 6 adults and 1 toddler. The host was very prompt in answering any questions that we had and very accommodating. The only downfall to this property is that the canal is very narrow and not very deep. Our group likes to be able to swim and float from the property and we were a little hesitant to do that this trip. HOWEVER, the property does have kayaks to use and some of us did do that. Overall, 9.9/10. I would definitely book again.

Welcoming to a pet (with prior approval).Near the tail end of a branch of the lake - but still viewable and peaceful. Amenities in the home and WiFi was excellent. Located in a cul-de-sac, so the street was very peaceful and quiet as well.Will seek to stay there again, in the future.

This is an excellent property! The house is immaculate and very warm and welcoming. The deck is a nice size with comfortable seating. It’s definitely my favorite in Hot Springs!

Peaceful stay!

We had a great time in this quiet and comfortable house! The beds and bathrooms were perfect. Great kitchen, tv set up, complimentary coffee, and really nice washer and dryer if needed.
