This beautiful farmhouse is nesteled in "Old Florida Landscape" with Grandfather Oaks, Florida pines, within Acres of natural beauty. The property is kept in its natural condition to encourage wildlife and offers great opportunities for nature photography "NO HUNITING or SHOOTING PERMITTED". We live in South Florida and this is our escape from the busy city life when we need unwinding, relaxing, rest from technology and share family time. It also helps to remind us how beautiful Florida nature is.

Absolutely gorgeous home and land ! The best and most friendly communication! The property is beyond clean and just perfect for a stay. If you are staying at the racetrack it is so close you can hear the cars. Can't wait to go back !!

Stunning Property!

I just have to say our stay at this beautiful home was perfect for the Thanksgiving holiday. The host Besty was available with no problem. The farm house look that rustic look I felt so cozy! The kids loved how open the Land was and we where even able to try a Florida Orange tree that was in the back yard. My family gives this property 5 stars 🌟 with great reviews from my kids as well!

Race guys

Perfect spot for those using the racetrack, we had 3 guys and the property was perfect …. A 4th might be a little tougher with only 2 bathrooms.

Please know we do have many guests that book with parties of 7 and 10 and we have never had an issue with having 2 bathrooms since we do have waterless tank heater and you never run out of hot water. And if you bring children one of the bathrooms has a shower and a separate tub for double bathing.

5 STARS!

The only hesitation i have about making a great review is that i fear that others will want to stay during race weekends and then we will not be able to return! We could not have been happier nor closer to the track. Two thumbs up! The coffee bar was great and so was the decor. It was hard seeing a few deer cues though knowing that we hit one 50 yards from the property in March of 2017. I hope that none of them were related to poor Jeffrey. :( THANK YOU!

We are a family of 4 that love the outdoors. This was the perfect property that had everything we loved. We remodeled this farmhouse to share with our family and friends and decided to share it with many others. We truly love our getaway home and plan to retire here one day.

Why they chose this property

We enjoy fishing in the near by lakes especially Lake Istokpoga. We purchased this farmhouse to get away from the city life and enjoy family and friends without the hustle and bustle. What we enjoy the most is the moment you arrive you smell this amazing aroma of pines and oaks, fresh/clean air for a change. We enjoy having our coffee in the morning out on the front porch swing while observing rabbits, squirrel and many bird species. We get to enjoy our two boys, having conversations by the fire pit or simply doing outdoor activities all day with them. This is such a relaxing and beautiful property.

What makes this property unique

The property is just 2 minutes from the Sebring International Raceway. We are near many great lakes, Highlands State Park and just a drive to many activities such as horseback riding, alligator viewings, airboat rides, etc. You can check out the fossil hunting on Peace River or near by frog diggin tours. We are located centrally just 2 hours from west coast and 2 hours from east coast; easy access to check out those beautiful beaches. And 2 hours to the disney location. Which allows you to visit many great places in Florida. If you like photography we have great locations for amazing pictures including our antique tracker, plus many beautiful bird species and wild animals. This property is definitely a unique treasure to experience with family and friends.
