This home offers a spacious open floor plan with lots of living space, extra large screened porch and a large top floor deck with southern exposure, views of the ocean and expansive views of one of the widest streets in Bethany, great for viewing the annual 4th of July parade and fireworks. Perfect beach getaway

This is a great place to stay with family and friends. It’s super close to the beach and downtown Bethany. The screened in porch was nice and the Sesame Street toys were an added bonus for the kids. Definitely recommend!

Give me light

The property was clean and generally met the needs of our family of eleven. However,It was basic and somewhat worn and lacking in upkeep. Twelve lightbulbs were burned out. “ TWELVE”. They should have been replaced before we arrived! Also, two blinds were not working properly. It was 5 minutes from the beach and about 5 blocks from the shops and restaurants. This rental was over priced should have been several thousand less. Would not rent again.
