I am a Superhost in Raleigh and incorporated the feedback from over 150+ 5 star reviews received the last 2 years to design this luxury tiny home to be the perfect VRBO stay. Your new home is 216 sq ft with 10 foot ceilings and a completely fenced in 216 sq ft patio that is pet friendly. 3 minute walk to downtown's restaurants and stores. 20 minute drive to both Kerr Lake and Lake Gaston. Please also check out our Luxury Shipping Container homes located within a few hundred feet.

Amenities with total luxury in mind including: indirect led lighting in the crown molding that is adjustable to 16 million different colors, Pergo scratch resistant pet friendly flooring, top of the line HVAC that is whisper quiet, superfast 400 MB Wifi internet, aromatherapy diffuser with 6 types of oils including peppermint and lavender, heated flooring in the 45 sq ft bathroom that has a waterfall shower head and a tankless water heater providing instant hot water, fully functional kitchen, queen bed on a cool foam mattress, 50" 4K TV (Amazon Prime, Netflix, HBO) with Alexa 3D sound system, and a large private fenced in deck that includes a propane firepit, grill, and dining area.
