These are fully remodeled homes with modern kitchens, however maintain their charm. Walking distance to charming downtown Dunedin with plenty of shops/bars/breweries/restaurants/playgrounds. Walk two blocks to the ocean and watch the sunset over the gulf.

Perfect spot!! It was in walking distance to restaurants and the town. Easy walk to the stadium, if you came for a Blue jays game. The house was very quiet and had everything we needed.

We have stayed many places in Dunedin, and the Cottage by the Gulf was the most perfect one. It was very clean and open, the kitchen was a dream to work in, and the patio was like an extra living room. Location was a cyclist's dream, and the neighbors were very friendly. Great place to stay! We loved the location of it being right by the trail. My husband and I took the bikes out one day for a ride. There was a small park right across the road for the kids to play and a bigger one right down the road. We hope to be back soon!!

This was the perfect cozy place to stay. Walking distance to downtown. Quick drive to Clearwater Beach and to Honeymoon island Was great to be right next to the trail for morning walks. The house was clean and perfect for our stay. and host was amazing
