Complete rehab. Great layout for privacy among guests, "party style' lower level with a pool table, golf studio to hit balls, or 2 golf holes for putting with seating for 15 people. The driveway can hold 6 cars. On 1/2 acre lot with lots of wildlife. Great golf course trails to hike or jog on with little traffic. 20-25 minute drive to downtown Busch Stadium, 12-15 minutes to Kirkwood's Magic House or Six Flags Great America. Garage is not part if the rental.

Family wedding stay

Stayed here with our family for a wedding in the area. Very nice and large space—nice neighborhood and easy to the highway to get to the wedding venue/Church. We had our two young granddaughters with us so it was a little bit of a challenge having 3 stories in the house—but the kitchen, living and dining area were very spacious and comfortable. I think our daughter would have been more comfortable with a door leading to the bathtub and shower area in the master bedroom. We had a lot of family getting ready at one time, and the downstairs bathroom was too dark for trying to do hair and makeup. I would have liked to have blinds or curtains in the upstairs rooms as well as a place to plug in the lamp and our phones closer to the bed. Just small inconveniences only. Very nice overall.

A wonderful Thanksgiving with family

We rented this house to spend our Thanksgiving with family. What a treat to all stay together. The house was a great size, the kitchen was clean and ready for all our holiday cooking. John went above and beyond for us making sure we had a crib and highchair for our 1 year old and quickly answering all our questions. Highly recommend!

Nice house in a nice neighborhood

Overall we had a nice stay in this house. It was in a nice neighborhood and had a lot of space for our family. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with condiments and spices. There were a few issues that John quickly addressed. The house had a few quirks like the lights flickered every time the water was turned on, the entire basement is painted black and one of the bedroom ceiling fans wasn’t working. It seemed like the house hadn’t been rented in awhile and could have used another cleaning before our arrival. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
