The house is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom for 4 people. With an enjoyable backyard (banana tree, swing, outdoor kitchen, outdoor dining table) !
Restaurants and shops in beautiful historic Venice downtown. Close to many beaches and the Legacy Trail. About 7 miles from Siesta Key, America's #1 beach !

Host was very responsive.The dishwasher did not work so we washed dishes. Our host okayed our buying a toaster as the one available looked as if it had extreme heat that melted part of the top of the toaster.We had trouble with enough heat at night as the temp in the house was quite chilly. Our host did come to set the thermostat, but we could not turn up the heat at night.

Not happy we didn’t get the entire house as listed

The unit was nicely decorated but we had two issues while we were there. The front door lock was wonky and the owner told us there was a key available which made entering and leaving much easier. Also, because there was a 2nd unit, parking was a squeeze. The other unit’s occupants had a large truck that made parking for us a bit difficult.

The property was clean and well presented and reasonably well equipped although the toaster was a little dated nice garden area and adequate parking for one car.We had a great deal of trouble getting into the property and locking when going out their was no information regarding the locking system.overall we enjoyed our stay and we would stay in the future.We we’re disappointed with Vrbo we asked time and time again for our invoice and receipt at no avail so we would not recommend booking through them.
