Recently renovated, 3rd floor oceanfront condo. This 3-BR, 2.5-Bath 1,250 sq ft condo is located on the ocean on Myrtle Beach’s Shore Drive in the popular Pelican’s Landing community. The only 3 BR complex on Shore Drive. The condo can comfortably accommodate 6 with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom & 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom. You must be 25 or older to rent this condo per HOA rule. Linens are included and 2 beach chairs are available for use in the attached laundry room.

The unit features all new tile flooring, a fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home, a breakfast bar, updated appliances and bathrooms, a washer & dryer in unit, cable equipped smart TVs in all bedrooms and the living room, free parking, Wi-Fi, and an elevator to access to this 3rd floor condo. Two parking passes are also included with your booking.

This spacious unit has everything you need for your dream beach getaway. Amenities include an oceanfront outdoor pool and another pool in front of the other Pelican's Landing buildings on the other side of the road. There are grilling areas on the ground level adjacent to both pool areas as well.

What could be better than relaxing on your own private balcony with the ocean just steps away? There are plenty of windows throughout the CORNER unit to let in wonderful natural light.

Our third floor oceanfront, corner unit was all that we hoped it would be! It was clean, furnished beautifully, and provided everything we needed for a perfect week at the beach! Our two balconies were amazing! We spent lots of time on both enjoying the amazing sunrises, and late evenings watching families "crabbing" in the moonlight! And, as a host, Moe was as good as it gets!

We have stayed at Pelicans Landing for many years. This is our 2nd time in this condo and it met all of our needs. The condo is stocked with almost everything you can think of. Its got comfortable beds, modern appliances, and more than enough seating to accommodate our group, inside and out. Owner is quick with responses which is lovely if anything goes wrong on your trip. Wonderful! The location was phenomenal, close to Tanger Outlet, Walmart and more. Great dining nearby. Steps from the beach. Convenient covered parking. The property itself was beautifully decorated. The master had THE MOST comfortable king size mattress. Our kids said the 2 twins were comfortable too! Very cute property and sat on the screened in porch every night listening to the waves while catching up on work emails :). Would definitely book again without hesitation. I am a small business owner in Rock Hill, SC. I am a proud Clemson University graduate and proud father of an amazing 10-year-old boy who loves this beach condo! My partner and I have another condo in the Myrtle beach area and we're looking to purchase more in the future.

Why they chose this property

I've been coming to Pelican's Landing for over 20 years now. My family has had a property here since the early 2000's. I had a property in Pigeon Forge, TN that I sold early in 2022. I had named it "Best of Times." When the opportunity to purchase this amazing property arose, I jumped at the chance and was lucky enough to have my offer selected. "Best of Tides" was born!

What makes this property unique

There's something special about Shore Drive. It's Myrtle Beach, but it's also a little bit slower and more family friendly. Specifically, with this condo, the 3 bedrooms are fairly unique for the area. The elevators are certainly nice as are the beach views from this oceanfront condo. I absolutely love it.
