Great location of Downtown

I really enjoyed staying at this property. Nice location to everything and suited 4 guest very nicely. You are able to park 2 vehicles in the designated parking spots.

Great Getaway

Enjoyed a week with my family and this property was great! Walking distance to downtown and easy to get back and forth from Pigeon Forge. Enjoyed the cleanliness and quality of the unit and the hot tub, grill, fire pit were all a hit!

The managing company was very professional and were very helpful and nice! The location was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed the convenience of the place and the amenities within the rental. It was clean and any questions we had were promptly and quickly answered.

Great place

The house was cozy, and a comfortable for 5. The hot tub and outdoor area is a nice place to relax after a lot of downtown walking. There amenities of home are fabulous. We did drive to downtown, because Nana didn’t want to walk, but it is doable. However, the downtown parking lot is convenient, and made it nice since it was rainy. Overall, it is a great place to stay while in Gatlinburg.

Couples Weekend

My husband and I traveled to Gatlinburg with another couple (our best friends) to celebrate our 8 year wedding anniversary. The cottage was comfortable, clean and really cute. There was space for our two vehicles for parking and we weren’t far from the strip of downtown Gatlinburg, although we wouldn’t recommend walking (it’s far and the only downside). We loved it and will keep it mind for future travels!

Wonderful Time

Me and my wife with our friends Had a great time. Definitely would like to come back. Forget staying at a Hotel. the amenities were awesome. the location was right where you want to be. very clean place. the outdoor fire pit grill and hot tube were very enjoyable and relaxing. We would have been happy just to stay at the cottage and not leave.thank you so much for such a nice place!

This was the perfect cottage. Description is exact. Communication with rental company was always fast responses. Very clean & spacious. The decor was modern, rustic & nice. Beds & furniture was comfy. Convenient to town. Could walk if you wanted, we chose not to. But also far enough away that you don't get road noise or noise from excitement of town. We will definitely see if available on future trips!!

Downtown Dolly Visit

Nice property, a bit removed from the hustle of the main town attractions but that's exactly what we needed. Very convenient to Arrowmont via the back entrance. Houses are pretty close together which is fine when the other guests are also wanting a somewhat quiet place, not so much though when they're looking for a place where they can yell at their kids. Bedrooms are spacious, bathrooms are nice, and the downstairs kitchen/dining/living area works well. Hot tub seemed to be clean and well kept, but beware the poison ivy growing among the Virginia Creeper on the hillside directly behind it! (We recognized it before anyone got into it). Bedrooms are not very dark at night because of surrounding lights and there is some road noise, but for a few nights it was more than fine.

Our stay

The house was in a good location to downtown, clean, and has a nice hot tub. One thing to be mindful of when booking this house is that you will have to buy all of your own paper towels and toilet paper. If you plan on cooking you will need to buy sponges to clean dishes and also dishwasher pods if you want to use the dishwasher. You will also need to purchase trash bags as we were only left two for 7 days. You will also need to buy laundry detergent if you plan to use their towels. We had very few towels per bathroom and no extra for the hot tub and ran out of clean towels frequently. One of the upstairs tubs had an issue draining and we stood in water when we showered. Overall we had a good experience but you pretty much have to bring everything from home.

Downtown Dolly exactly as described

We had a great visit at the Downtown Dolly. Everything was as described, shown and expected. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to prepare meals. The beds are comfortable, the showers are hot, the air conditioning works good - there’s 2 units so the house stays nice and cool. The outside area is nice and most importantly you are within walking distance of Gatlinburg Parkway which is very nice - no having to find and pay for parking. If I had to make a suggestion of anything I would change - it would be the grill- a charcoal grill is fine but the grate needs to be on a hinge so it will swing out of the way so you can stack your briquettes easier and not have to contend with the grate being in the way.

Beware its ran by Agency - Must provide copy of drivers license

I would not rent from them again mostly because they require a copy of your drivers license. Sorry but I don't really trust a small rental agency to keep my drivers license information secure. They will also blow you up with texts and emails. I stayed for 3 days and got 7 texts and 6 emails from them so far. The house itself was fine and had no problems at all with it.

Wonderful Location with Everything We Needed

This property was the perfect size for our family outing, with 2 large, comfortable beds. The kitchen was well-appointed and updated. The home was clean and well-laid out. The hot tub, porch (with rocking chairs), and creekside fire pit were nice bonuses. The location was great, walkable to the east end of downtown. Access to the park was good, despite the downtown traffic. Communication with the property manager was very good, although we had no problems that required their attention. Overall, it was exactly what we were looking for. We had a wonderful time!

NICE cottage!
