They have clean, safe, and updated rooms. They have chairs, umbrellas, and toys to take to the beach. We were one block away from the beach, which was super convenient. Great price and would stay again!

This place is a hidden gem. My son and I rented the place for 4 nights when I dropped him off to study at USF. It was perfect. The rooms were clean, plenty of towels were provided and the beds were extra comfortable. We only got to spend one day at the beach, so it was nice to have a bin of chairs, umbrellas and miscellaneous beach items available. We understood nothing was guaranteed, but what was available during our stay was more than sufficient for a day. The communication from Antonio was also top notch. I rent vacation homes near Disney and plan to use a few things I saw from Antonio to slightly improve my own messages. If you’re looking for a great value, this place won’t disappoint.

A beautiful apartment. Very nice color scheme, and very comfortable beds! The kitchenware is sparse, could use a few more utensils. We enjoyed the pool as well as a short walk to a gorgeous beach. Close to some very nice beach-side restaurants. Overall we were very satisfied!

This property worked out great for our trip!

This unit was listed to have a King bed but it only had a queen. The property manager was great to work with and quickly found us a unit with a king bed. The descriptions provided were very accurate and the beach is really only a 3 minute walk. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed.

close to the beach

I've been going to CWB for years. This hotel is one of the few left that still has some quaintness to it. It's older and has been remodeled. I had a small issue, but was resolved quickly by management. Parking is ample. I'd stay again.

Bad things about the area you have to pay for parking, no matter where you go and no free transom

prefer to pay a down payment instead of the amount

False info

Beyond irritated as we chose this unit specifically for the king size bed inky to find a queen bed. I would have picked any of the other units had I known this. When I wrote to the owner he said much later that if I had let him know we could have switched. Not very helpful and no refund or credit. So won’t be back to this property
