The rent includes 20 € / week for electricity (additional consumption must be paid extra = 0,30 €/kwh - payable in cash on departure).

Between November till May the expenses for electricity, water and gas are 250 €/month - its to pay in cash on arrival.

The Space:
Lovely apartment with private pool in a very quiet residential area.
For let is the ground floor apartment in a 2-family house.

In the apartment on the upper floor lives a single lady. She does not use the pool meanwhile f the tenants are present, so the private atmosphere is guaranteed.

The house is located in very quiet residential area in Javea, Los Pinos.
There is an enclosed car parking space on the property. Internet is available via wifi.

The apartment has living-dining-room (with air-condition) and kitchen, 1 bed-room, 1 bath.
Exit directly to the poolterrace.

Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the owner. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a very quiet residential area with single-family houses in the neighborhood.

Getting Around:
Good restaurants are nearby in walking distance. About 3 km to the Golfcourt of Javea and to the sandy beach; Supermarket about 2 km.

Other Things to Note:
Dog keeping not allowed. Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted.
