Lovely villa

Lovely villa with good facilities and within walking distance of Cala Figuera It took 5 days (of our 7 days) to get the air conditioning in one bedroom fixed. Made for very sticky nights for one guest.

Accurate and stylish finca with beautiful outdoor area and lovely pool

The nice service on site, the design of the finca, the equipment in general and the wonderful pool. A conventional fan was not sufficient on some days to provide cooler air for everyone. In addition, another sunshade with a rolling base would be great for the pool area, especially for the children, so that they could bathe comfortably even in strong sunlight. We also had a lot of problems with wasps and mosquitoes. Therefore, additional equipment would be helpful to keep these annoying and sometimes very painful insects away. Last but not least, some toys or play equipment for children would be nice, as these things were completely missing. This was strange, especially as the owners of the finca also seem to have children and grandchildren. But otherwise everything was great! :-)

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und die Lage ist schön ruhig. Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie da und für alles eine sehr sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Tolle Finca für Katzenliebhaber

Tolle Lage und angenehm ruhig, zum Entspannen genau das Richtige. Großer Vorteil der Lage ist, dass man super zu Fuß nach Cala Figuera gehen kann und auch zum Strand S‘Amarador braucht es nicht unbedingt das Auto. Für den Preis von 300€ und mehr pro Nacht erwartet man eine Unterkunft im tadellosen Zustand. Diese Erwartung wurde nicht ganz erfüllt. Ein Badezimmerfenster hatte kein Moskitonetz, es war herausgerissen und noch nicht ersetzt (haben wir gemeldet). Der Moskitoschutz (Schiebetür) zur Hauptterrasse fiel ständig aus der Halterung und war zum Teil ebenfalls eingerissen. Die Polster für die Sitzgruppe draußen sowie für die Liegen waren teilweise stark verschmutzt. Da sie zum Teil abziehbar waren, könnte man sie problemlos waschen bevor neue Gäste ankommen. Die Duschtücher im Bad hatten teilweise Löcher. Dafür, dass die Katzen angeblich das ganze Jahr über draußen leben, haben sie erstaunlich oft versucht ins Haus zu kommen. Wir konnten die Terrassentür keine Minute offen lassen. Eine der drei Katzen ist sehr auf Menschen fixiert und will permanent Aufmerksamkeit, sobald man anwesend ist. Dies sollte man wissen, wenn man diese Finca bucht. Uns hat es nicht gestört, da wir mit Haustieren aufgewachsen sind.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub auf wunderschöner Finca.

Es ist eine wunderschöne Finca und wir haben uns dort sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war für uns top, weil wir einerseits keine direkten Nachbarn hatten und andererseits in wenigen Minuten in Santanyi waren. Der Pool ist mit seiner Grösse ein absolutes Highlight. Alles war sehr sauber und das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern wussten wir sehr zu schätzen.

Für uns: Perfekte Lage, perfektes Haus

Wir haben genau das gefunden was wir gesucht haben und sind ziemlich sicher, wir kommen wieder. Tolles Haus, tolle Lage. Den Weg nach Cala Figuera haben wir jeden Abend genossen.

Buena Vida: unsere 2. Heimat !

Wir waren nun bereits zum 6. Mal auf dieser Finca noch Fragen ? Die verschiedenen Anregungen, welche wir bei unserem letzten Besuch deponiert hatten, wurden praktisch vollständig umgesetzt Kompliment. Und die Betreuung durch Alquileres Drac (Dagmar Belbova) war perfekt....wie immer. nichts ! Alles perfekt !

Der Himmel auf Erden........

Wir haben Buena Vida nun bereits zum 5 Mal in Folge gebucht (dieses Jahr sogar 2 x). Noch Fragen ? Insbesondere die kompetente und freundliche Betreuung durch AlquileresDrac (Dagmar Belblova) ist ausserordentlich und erwähnenswert! Vielen herzlichen Dank. Gewisse Einrichtungsgegenstände sind langsam "in die Jahre gekommen" (Sitzkissen innen und aussen, Kissen Liegestühle, Grillzubehör Aussencheminée...... ) Auch Internet-Verbindung ist sehr anfällig, steigt des Oefteren aus. Kleinigkeiten zwar, aber verbesserungswürdig......
