Quick ski weekend. The property location was excellent. Easy walk to the Maggie and to downtown. Condo had everything we needed. Clean and very comfortable!

Great ski condo
I couldn’t ask for a better spot. If you’re used to ski condos, this is on the better end of them. OK, the carpeting shows a little wear but skiers are used to that. The fitness room, lockers and outdoor whirlpool were great.

Great location!
Walk to everything in Breckenridge! Bed was comfy, full amenities, great view, great price. Second bathroom was a bonus. The property has great pools and spas and gym. We will certainly come back to this condo.

Close to Everything
Once you figure out where to park and how to get around the property, this place is great. Right on main so you can walk everywhere. Loved coffee in the morning on the balcony and evenings in the hot tub.
Has a beautiful view and walking distance to Main Street shops and dining. Had everything we needed for our stay and I loved the elevator access to the street and garage. Only con would be that it was a little noisy being close to the road and there was consistent electrical/building noise, but was nothing unbearable. I would stay again!

Great location
This property was perfectly located and had some beautiful views. Some of the staff was amazing and some could work on their people skills. Could have some better signs to the amenities and the property can be a little confusing to navigate coming from the parking garage but I will stay here again.

Close to everything, but.....
The location is in walking distance to all the shops. However, the check in was very bumpy (Did not know you needed to go to the front desk to check in and get keys. The company was VERY slow to respond and then we were given keys to the wrong room). The carpet was extremely stained all over, which was weird, because, overall, the rest of the condo seemed very clean. If we stayed in Breck again, we wouldn't use a Vacasa property.

No frills, many maintenance issues
Disappointed with our stay. We love Main St and have stayed here many times but this was the first time we rented this unit. So many issues and it’s disappointing to see issues were posted years ago but no repairs. All the blinds are broken, many don’t close and have broken cords and they were also very dusty. Blinds in bedroom wouldn’t close so had to fall asleep with lights shining in and the sun in the am. This was mentioned years ago by a reviewer but obviously never properly repaired. Couch was small and broken, cushions would not stay on couch. The bottom piece was halfway off. It’s a sleeper sofa so not comfortable to sit on. Kitchen had the absolute bare minimum cooking utensils. We’ve stayed in other units that were well stocked and every cabinet and drawer was full. I believe there were only two small drawers of utensils, everything else was empty drawers. Dishwasher is very old and missing parts so dishes would not clean. No headboard so our heads were resting against a picture frame, kind of odd. Carpet was terribly stained. Bathroom faucet broken. It’s a lovely condo with outdated cheap furniture and needs a deep clean. We will definitely come back but will rent other units that are meticulously maintained.

We’ve shared your concerns with the owner to improve maintenance and cleaning. The faucet you mentioned has been repaired, the loose set screw on the knob was tightened and is now functioning properly. We look forward to offering you a better stay next time.
Location was great and the unit itself is very cute. We also had a great experience with property management and they were very responsive when the fire alarm went off in the unit (I think we had too much steam from the shower). As many others have said, maintenance is clearly not the priority though. There was nothing major that put a damper on the stay, but the window was stuck open and we had to remove a screen to pull it closed. The tub drain didn't release properly, so we had to manually pry it open, etc. I tried calling the number provided through the automated check in process, however it was no longer in service and instead referred me to another number. that was more effort than I wanted to put in for something that wasn't having a huge impact on me, so I can't say if they would have resolved any of these things if we had notified them. Overall, I would stay here again, but since they are individually owned, might look for another unit next time.

Great ski condo

Patio door, shower knob and window crank we’re all broken. Called front desk to address and nothing was done. Could only access patio by crawling through bedroom window. Had to take baths since the shower handle fell off the wall and froze at night since we couldn’t fully close the window. We won’t be back.
