Please note: This property is a natural log and stone home located in a remote, secluded country location. Although it is rare, there may be times where our best proactive pest control methods aren't 100% effective. We do our best to spray for bugs and minimize any outdoor pests, but we cannot guarantee that there might not be an issue. Also, this property may not be the most ideal for people who don't want to be in a secluded, rural location. The home is located 8 miles West of Roberts, MT, and most of that distance is on dirt/gravel roads. For those traveling in the winter months (from September through May), we require guests have a 4-wheel drive vehicle. The roads are county roads and are plowed regularly. However, we can not guarantee that they will be plowed by a certain time. The driveway into the property can also get drifted easily. We will do our absolute best to keep things plowed, but during blizzards or bad storms, we may be delayed. There is also no WiFi or Internet. A TV and DVD player are available, along with a variety of DVDs. Cell service is usually pretty good for most providers (Verizon has great cell service at this property).

This was such a wonderful place to stay for our anniversary! The owners were incredibly welcoming and gave detailed instructions on everything we needed. We’ll absolutely be back!
Our stay was an absolute dream! We spent a short mini-moon here after our wedding, and it was pure paradise. It felt like we had all of Montana to ourselves - it was so peaceful and serene. The property was immaculate, and Jenny was such a wonderful host and communicator. We will truly cherish the memories of our stay here forever. It’s such a special place.
Beautiful home and property. Everything was clean and ready to go. The views are incredible and the hot tub was wonderful!Highly recommend! Jenny was great to work with and communication was fantastic!
Everything about this place is amazing! Host was extremely helpful and the house was stocked well with all the essentials. The views and location were incredible and just what we needed to escape for a quiet weekend.
If you’re looking for seclusion and views, this place would be very hard to top. It felt like we had hundreds or even thousands of acres to ourselves. Architecturally, the house is exceptional. While on paper this is a one bedroom, one bathroom house, all of the spaces are grand in proportion and therefore plenty of room to spread out and luxuriate in the experience. We loved the hot tub, grilling outside, the double sided fireplace and well-equipped kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again.
We loved this property so much. Check in was easy. The house is amazing. The views are even better than the pictures. It was perfect and we will definitely be coming back.
This place is magical. Everything is well laid our and comfortable. We used the picnic tables and the hot tub and even walked a little around the property. The host is very communicative and we felt welcomed from the moment we walked in. We will be booking this place again for our anniversary. It is a true get-away.
After driving from Asheville up through Michigan's upper peninsula we were so happy to arrive at such a peaceful place to spend a couple days and unplug from hotels etc! We were greeted with a view of the mountain range and a lovely rustic open floor plan. We made our own dinner each night and had drinks and played cards on the patio. After watching the sun set, we marveled at the starry dome and Milky Way that seemed to float above our heads. We will definitely be back!
This property was absolutely amazing! Just driving up to the cottage, my jaw dropped- it was beautiful and the views are to die for! The cottage was super clean and welcoming. I spent most of my time outside on the deck taking in the views and watching deer each morning. It was so peaceful and is a perfect option if you are looking to truly unplug and just relax for a few days.
The host, Jenny, was so communicative and friendly. She provided great information about the area.
I will definitely be staying here again next summer!
