Beach house

We loved our stay! Beautiful home with all the amenities. The pool was clean and nice to cool off in, close to the beach, and close to town for restaurants/shopping.

Loved it

Overall set up of property was great. Gave all the teenagers and young adults the privacy they wanted. The pool was perfect size and the entire grill and outside refrigerator were super handy. Everything worked and no hiccups.

Annual Family Vacation

We rented this condo for 4th of July weekend. My two sisters, myself, our families & our parents stayed here & we all really enjoyed our weekend. House was great, plenty of room, game room was fun & everyone loved the pool. However, my sister stayed on the ground level in the detached part of the place with her 3 month old & unfortunately every sound we made was amplified in her room. We also had wifi issues, everyone had trouble connecting as well as connecting the TVs. We had no TV for several hours because we were unable to locate the router. Overall, it was great for our weekend & we all really enjoyed our time there.

Our stay

First time renting in port A, chose this property as it looked great and reviews were good. Was suppose to be a no pet property but someone prior i guess had brought a pet. Bed Linens were dirty, dog hair on them, stains, not washed. We washed our own bedding upon arrival. Saw a lot of baby roaches in property totally gross and hope none got in our luggage. 3rd floor Ac unit was not working but company took care of it when we let them know. Bathrooms were dirty. We enjoyed our stay but didn’t expect the home to be in the condition it was. I appreciate rental company offering some compensation, but would not want anyone else to experience this on their stay. There should be follow up and cleaning crew should be held accountable for doing their job especially with Covid this is so unsanitary. And I sure shouldn’t have to arrive somewhere to clean and wash linens before using. Not sure we would rent again from this company. But I do hope they follow up on their properties cleanliness and stay on top of things.
