Cozy Sunset / Gulf Access / Western Exposure

Cozy Sunset - is the perfect accommodation for your next vacation in paradise because of its location and also the perfect home for boaters (motorboat or sailboat) with fast access to the Gulf of Mexico. The private boat dock is available for use upon request. There is no boat lift.
Located in a quiet residential street in the yacht club area with quick access to Cape Coral Beach, downtown area with restaurants, shopping or to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island.
The west facing patio has an electric heated pool and allows you to enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the sun lounger, watching boats go by or simply relaxing in peace.
The pool bath offers you the opportunity to take a shower directly from the pool.

We did remodel: tiles now throughout the whole house, brand new kitchen and master bath.

With about 2000 sqft our main focus was decorating for a "comfortable and loving" space to enjoy while on vacation. There should be everything you need for your vacation: well-equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, Wi-Fi, 4 flat screens and Bicycles are available for exploring the area.

Cozy Sunset Place

This property has everything you need to have a great vacation or winter stay. The layout of the house is accommodating for multiple family members. The location is close to essential needs and a beach. The house is very clean and updated with an awesome lanai and pool area. The host is close by for any issues that arise or questions/recommendations. We would definitely stay again at this location.

Beautiful home and great location

My wife and I are recently retired and are in our second year of renting properties in the Cape Coral area for the months of March and April. This property is the best we have stayed in. The house was very nice and comfortable and the pool was amazing. The location on the canal was very quiet and faces west so the sunsets are beautiful. We were able to meet with the owners Monika and Deter who live close by. They were excellent at making sure our stay was perfect. We are looking forward to returning in the future.

Wonderful property

“Cozy Sunset Place” sums it all up. We arrived at this VRBO, to find it very clean and inviting. It had all the comforts of home. It was wonderful to be able to park in the garage with the summer heat. Although the pool made the temperatures bearable, and it was very enjoyable. The owners are very sweet and caring. Very easy to book, and the owners were very quick to respond. My son and husband enjoyed fishing off the dock in the salt water canal. We would love to return for another visit in the future!

Great Experience

When we first arrived the home was clean, clean, clean! We all had a great time and the home is laid out perfectly for everyone to be together and also to be separate. The pool was spotless and patio area gave a respite from the sun as well as a great place to have meals. Monika and Deiter were great to work with and concerned about us having a good time. Quiet and peaceful place!

We had an excellent stay at Cozy Sunset Place. The house was very clean and stocked with anything you might need. Rooms were nicely decorated with very comfortable furniture. Pool area had plenty of lounge chairs and also a covered area with cushioned chairs. There was also beach chairs and umbrellas for trips to the beach. We enjoyed going to the Yacht Club Beach which is a five minute drive away. Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel are also a short drive away. Sunsets were beautiful every night and sitting on the dock was so relaxing. Monika and Dieter, the owners were so nice and always available for any questions or needs. Thank you to them for making us feel very welcomed and at home! We would love to book again in the future.

Cozy and Peaceful Sunset Place!

We spent a wonderful month at the Cozy Sunset Place in October. This older home has everything you need to enjoy beautiful Cape Coral, Ft Myers and Sanibel island. It has been remodeled inside and is spaceous, thoughtfully decorated and everything labeled to make adjusting easy. The pool was wonderful, even as the nights got cooler towards November and framed beautiful sunsets nightly. Plenty of comfortable lounge chairs and tables make the pool area a fun place to be. The landscaping around the house was amazing with a pandan tree, bananas, and artichokes amoung the palms. We took our 21 ft boat and kept it on the lift. Access to the Chataloosahatchee and ICW is wonderfull. Dolphins were swimming off the docks. Just a side note: There is a large seawall but the wooden deck area needs replacement. You will need to sign a liability waiver to use it. Monika and Dieder are super hosts and were always quick to offer suggestions or answer questions. We plan to return next year!

Loved the location and pool

This house is located very close to a ton of great restaurants and bars, we were able to walk to and from them easily. We also used the bikes to go to the Boathouse, which was a lot of fun. The bike road paths in the area are fantastic. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Most importantly, we spent the most of our time in the pool area. It was wonderful sitting in the sun and floating. It was a great way to spend our Christmas!!

A great safe Vacation Home.

The management here is wonderful. The home is clean and has everything you would need. Pool area is were we spent alot of our time at the house. Clean excellent table and chairs as well as nice loungers and even had pool floats. It was a great place to stay, and close to restaurants and shopping. Would stay again.
