New and modern vacation house for 4 people with private pool, air condition, free wifi. New and modern vacation house for 4 people. Its located near to Conil, only few minutes away by car, its perfect for quiet and relaxing vacations not far away from the town and his beautiful beach.

Details:
2 bedrooms, one with double bed and other 2 with two single beds each one.
1 bathroom with shower
Large living room equipped with comfortable sofa, TV with Spanish and international programs via satellite, dining table and chairs.
Open kitchen with wash machine, dis washer, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, and all other necessary kitchen utensils.
Furnished porch with garden furnitures, protected from the sun and wind and with views to the private pool. Near to it there is the barbeque.
Private pool completely fenced for the safety of the children, surrounded by flowers and garden. Sun loungers are available. The pool measures 7x3,5m and has a small Jacuzzi. Near to the beach there is a chill out area.
All windows have mosquito nets.
The house has air condition and free wifi.

In the plot is completely walled and there is enough space to park. The distance to the town of Conil is about 1,2 km and the nearest supermarket 800 m.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Vermieterin spricht spanisch, englisch sprechende Verwandte war vor Ort, Unterkunft wie in Beschreibung, sehr sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet.. Vermittlung hat super funktioniert. Wir werden die Unterkunft beim nächsten Besuch auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Neues sauberes Haus.

Haus liegt etwas ausserhalb. Ist schön eingerichtet und war sauber. Kleine Instandhaltungsmassnahmen müssten vorgenommen werden. Wenn man nichts gegen Tierlärm hat können wir das Haus empfehlen.

Schönes Haus, schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in der Casa Huerta. Es ist alles so wie auf den Abbildungen zu sehen und die Küche ist sehr gut einerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und funktionierte. Das Haus liegt ideal, allerdings braucht man ein Auto. Obwohl es sehr ruhig und ohne Verkehrslärm gelegen ist, sind die Supermärkte nur 2 Minuten, die Innenstadt oder auch der Strand von Conil nur 5 Minuten entfernt und auch eine Autobahnzufahrt ist in der Nähe. Check-in und check-out sind etwas speziell, da die Besitzer kein Englisch sprechen, aber das war für uns kein Problem.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und mit den nötigsten ausgestattet. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Nach anfängliche Startschwierigkeiten, WWarmwasserboiler kaputt, Kaffeemaschine ging nicht, Klimaanlage hsprang öfter die Sicherung heraus,war es eine Oase der Ruhe. Alle Mängel wurden zeitnahe von Mari Carmen und ihrem Schwager behoben. Vielen Dank nochmal. Die Sprachschwierigkeiten wurden mit Hilfe einer App überwunden. Negativ ist, das kein Backofen vorhanden ist und eine Beschreibung der elektrischen Geräte auf Deutsch wäre hilfreich.

CASA MUY COQUETA

La estancia con mi familia ha sido genial, la valoración de la casa es un notable (8/10) alto. Los supermercados cercanos, para ir a las playas y zona centro hay que utilizar vehículo. Las imágenes son iguales que en la realidad. El aire acondicionado tendría que tenerlo en las habitaciones también, podría ser el único pero, la limpieza y la atención de Mª Carmen espectacular. Lo dicho una casa muy acogedora.

Todo muy bien. Por poner algo mejorable, decir que no hay mucho espacio para poner la comida (quizá se echa de menos algún armario o despensa). Todo lo demás, muy bien!!

Immer wieder !!!

Einfach schön ! Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden ganz sicher nochmals dort hinfahren. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig (außer krähenden Hähnen und meckernde Ziegen)in einer schmalen Straße etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum und doch ist man in ca. 15min mitten in Conil. Der nächste Supermarkt (Mercado) ist in 2 min mit dem Auto erreicht. Zum Stadtstrand sind es mit dem Auto ca. 5 min. Zu den Buchten Fuentes de Gallo ca. 15 min (schön geschützt) Das Haus ist mit allem eingerichtet was man so braucht. Allerdings wäre eine schöne Kaffeemaschine nicht schlecht. Ein Backofen ist nicht vorhanden. Ansonsten entspricht Alles der Beschreibung. Sogar Strandstühle und ein Sonnenschirm zum Eindrehen in den Sand sind vorhanden. Das Auto kann sicher im Hof abgestellt werden. Die Vermieterfamilie ist sehr nett (spricht aber nur Spanisch) und bei unserem Problem mit dem nicht vorhandenen warmen Wasser wurde innerhalb einer knappen Stunde durch eine Firma erledigt !

La casa estupenda ,muy limpia y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones, sitio ideal para relajarse .cerca de coníl se pueden ir andando,la cama con colchón duro muy cómoda y con un baño amplio y con todo lo necesario, Los propietarios buen trato y amables,si tienes algún problema viven en la misma calle , muy cerca.

Perfekter Urlaub!!!

Wir haben den perfekten Urlaub in der Casa Huerto verbracht! Die Bilder auf der Homepage sind identisch mit der Wirklichkeit. Alles war sehr gut organisiert und die Abwicklung über Casa Conil war problemlos. Da wir uns sowieso immer gerne Bewegen war der tägliche Spaziergang in den Ort kein Problem. Absolute Ruhe am Pool und totale Entspannung. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung des Haus war im Top Zustand und alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Durch die etwas ländliche Lage hört man morgens die Tiere der Umgebung was uns jedoch nicht störte. Wir können diese Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung empfehlen und werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an MariCarmen und das Casa Conil Team

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist wirklich super schön und es hat uns tatsächlich an nichts gefehlt. Sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, tolles großes Badezimmer und der Außenbereich mit Pool super zum entspannen. Die Lage war für uns perfekt und die ruhige Wohngegend empfanden wir sehr angenehm. Supermarkt und Stadtzentrum gut zu erreichen und schöne Strände in näherer Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Haus sehr sauber, ebenso der Pool. Dennoch ist das Objekt ein wenigvin die Jahre gekommen. Heißwasserboiler versagte 2 Mal seine Dienste. Kühlschranktür rostig. Fliegengitter an Fenstern mit Panzerband geflickt. Rollläden klemmpten. Duschvorrichtung lose. Sonnenschirm

Vacaciones

Una semana perfecta en una casa perfecta. La casa es de 10, la situación de la misma también de 10 y cuando les pedimos limpiar la piscina porque sobre todo con el aire de Conil se ensuciaba bastante siempre lo hicieron lo antes posible. Por poner un pro o un contra. PRO. Nos dejaron entrar en la casa bastante antes de lo que estipulaba el contrato, un detallazo. CONTRA (que se soluciono) un día antes de llegar (después del confinamiento por el covid) me comentó la dueña que iban a quitar las cortinas, sabanas y toallas por el covid y que lo teníamos que llevar nosotras. Yo entendí que era la única opción y por ello le comenté de un descuento de la reserva ya que nos pillaba en mitad del viaje y teníamos que hacer ese gasto, sin embargo ella me dijo que era una opción para nosotras pero que nunca lo había afirmado. Finalmente después de una conversación y un mal entendido, nos pusieron sábanas y toallas. Lo dicho, solo fue un mal entendido que de soluciono.

Wir waren 6 Nächte in der Casa Huerto und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Problemloser Kontakt mit der Besitzerin Haus genauso wie auf den Bildern WLAN top Matratzen super Ausstattung gut, auf Nachfrage wurde uns auch noch eine Espressokanne für den Herd gebracht Deutsches TV Manko: an drei Tagen wurde am Nachbargrundstück ab 7.45 Uhr ein Haus gebaut. Kein Auflagen für die Liegen vorhanden. Ansonsten: Wir kommen gerne wieder:)

Han sido unas vacaciones estupendas, a la casa no le falta detalle, es mejor incluso que en las fotos, esta mas cerca del pueblo de lo que parece en el mapa, en poco mas de 10 minutos estas en el centro. La verdad que repetiria en esta casa, si volvemos a Conil, sera el primer alojamiento que mire.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Casa Huerto in Conil. Das Haus ist super, es ist sehr neu und gepflegt. Der Pool ist sehr groß und sauber und wird jeden 2. Tag gereinigt. Zu Fuß ist man in 20 min in der Altstadt und mit dem Auto in 5 min am Strand. Also alles perfekt für einen tollen, erholsamen Urlaub!

La casa es tal y como aparece en las imágenes o mejor, los encargados nos han tratado divinamente, y aunque el levante nos ha acompañado hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra estancia, sin duda volveremos
