Our lovely condo offers a bright open floor plan with a remodeled kitchen and living room! This home sleeps up to 6 with a decorative electric fireplace and smart TV to relax and spend quality time. Enjoy peaceful morning walks on the beach in this beautiful condo!

The dining room; fully equipped kitchen and living room flow openly for enjoying family time. There are flat screen TVs with Cable & DVD players in the living room and all bedrooms. The master has a Queen bed and guest bedroom has a Bunk Bed and Full bed. This home is on the first level making it easily accessible to the beach where you can watch the sunrise and sunset everyday! This condo faces Monterey which lets you experience spectacular sunrises.

Enjoy the front deck and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. It makes for perfect evenings enjoying clear skies and the fresh ocean breeze. All pillows, linens, towels and beach towels are provided. We also have family-friendly amenities include a Pack 'n Play, baby gate, and baby bathtub for added convenience when traveling with little ones.
Enjoy the comfort of a newly updated guest bedroom featuring a brand-new bunk bed, fresh new bedding, new living room sofa & upgraded appliances to enhance your stay. We plan to update more - so stay tuned!

Our guest services lobby has a gift store where you can find breakfast foods, beer & wine, comfy beach clothing, gifts, souvenirs and great kites! Nearby amenities include Pickle Ball, basketball, and tennis courts are available for use and we also have sports equipment you can rent out for free at our lobby. We are just a short drive from Santa Cruz, Monterey, Carmel, and Pacific Grove which make for great day trips!

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return furniture to its original position. Close all window coverings. Turn off all appliances and heaters. After loading the dishwasher, please do not leave any dishes behind in the sink.
Remove all recycling from home to outside bins
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
