Vacation home with garden 20 minutes to the city of Berlin

Newly renovated bungalow, everything very high quality and newly furnished. Quiet green location on a 750 sqm plot.
Holiday house, 75 square meters, four rooms, including two bedrooms and a walk-through room with sofa bed, dining room with dining table and open modern kitchen, bathroom with double sink, hall with wardrobe and large mirror, fully furnished, washing machine in the basement.
In addition, 40 square meters of covered terrace, with dining table for 6 people and a comfortable seating area, barbecue area and lockable bike room. Parking directly in front of or on the property possible free of charge, enough space available.
 5 minutes walk to the subway. All shops within walking distance in 5 minutes, pharmacy, medical center, restaurants, supermarket, organic company and bakery also in the immediate vicinity.
So everything is easily and quickly accessible even without a car. Also ideal for cyclists.
The excitement of the big city is complemented by the calm and relaxation of the accommodation.

Schoon en mooi huis met helaas slechte bedden.

Het verblijf was echt goed. Het huisje is echt super schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het enige nadeel is de bedden. Deze liggen echt niet goed en zijn aan vervanging toe. Maar voor de rest een topweekend gehad!

Wir waren Anfang April mit der Familie in der Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut und die Unterkunft hielt absolut das, was vorher ausführlich beschrieben wurde. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber durch die naheliegende U-Bahn mit einer 1a Anbindung an die Innenstadt. Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend und ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Die Fewo entspricht genau den Beschreibungen. Es hat an nichts gemangelt. Nach einem Besuch in der City kann man die gewonnenen Eindrücke in ruhigen Fewo wirken lassen. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.

Tolles Haus

Es war wunderschön. Das Haus bietet alles, was man benötigt. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und alles vorhanden. Die Terrasse war super zum spielen und verweilen und auch das Wasserbett wurde begeistert benutzt. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

Superschön , wirklich empfehlenswert

Das Haus ist sehr schön ruhig gelegen. In 5 Minuten ist man an der U Bahn. Genau wie beim Bäcker und Netto. Ein paar Schritte weiter gibt es zusätzlich ein großes Einkaufszentrum. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan , so dass man immer einen Ansprechpartner hat. Die Fahrt mit der Bahn dauert 15-20 Minuten und man steht am Alex. Perfekt.

Einfach nur toll

Es ist ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, an dem nichts fehlt. Super Ausstattung, die Nähe zur UBahn war ein Traum. Es ist ruhig gelegen, in Mitten eines sehr liebevoll gestalteten Gartens und Aussenbereich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

keurige bungalow op uitstekende lokatie.

De bungalow is zeer netjes, super schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. De ligging op 5 minuten wandelen van het station was perfect om met de U of S bahn binnen 20 minuten in het centrum van Berlijn te staan. Na een hele dag in de stad te hebben vertoeft, was het zeer aangenaam om in de tuin of op de veranda weer tot rust te komen. De bungalow is zeer geschikt voor een gezin met 2 kinderen of 2 stellen. |Wij hebben het heel erg naar onze zin gehad en zullen zeker terug komen .

Fijn verblijf
