We loved everything about this apartment! It was spacious, but felt quite cozy at the same time. It was clean, well stocked, and attractively decorated. The location was great, enabling us to walk to shops and restaurants, and also enjoy the beautiful harbor views from our windows. Even though we were right in town, the apartment was quiet. Loved our few days there!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean, comfortable and a great location. I didn’t realize the washer/dryer was a shared space so took a little bit of extra planning to use it, but no big deal. Would definitely recommend this to others!

Our stay was great at this property. The location is perfect for walking to shops, dining and boat tours. Beautiful view of the harbor. It was very clean and provided everything we needed. My only note is that there is only 1 window AC for the entire apt. The air didn’t really reach the bedrooms at night. Otherwise, we were very happy!

Thank you Charlene. We appreciate your feedback. The A/C unit we purchased was designed to cover the square footage including the primary bedroom. There is no option for adding an A/C unit to the back bedroom but we do provide a fan. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope you will consider us again in the future.

This place is absolutely perfect. The decor was ocean themed, but not kitschy, and the furniture was comfortable- including the beds!!! The kitchen was well-stocked, too. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The location could not be more convenient. Everything is right outside your door! Having designated parking was such a plus. I would definitely book this place again!

This was our second time staying at this lovely home. The location could not be more perfect. It was as wonderful as the first time. The entire home was very clean, and the kitchen is great for making our meals, even though we had most of our meals at the local restaurant. Parking is great! Yes, you have to walk back after parking the car, however it is not far. Just a short walk in Boothbay Harbor I said it before and I will say it again, this will be the only place we stay when going to BBH.

We really enjoyed our time at the apartment and location. It was great to look out the windows and watch the different things going around town and at the harbor. They have the perfect setup for our family of 4 with 2 young children. We were able to walk to pretty much everywhere and it was 10 mins from the Botanical Gardens. The apartment was really clean and had all the necessary items that we were looking for since we made breakfast and some lunches. It was also great to have access to a washer and dryer which is essential for a family with 2 young kids since we don’t have to pack as much! Thanks so much! We will be visiting again!
