Downtown Brevard studio, located next to the Lumberyard Arts District. A short walk to everything in downtown Brevard. Completely remodeled 1900's home, studio space, with a large porch to hang out on. Newly renovated, but still has lots of charm and character. Studio is on the main level, with its own private entrance off the front porch. Fully stocked kitchenette and small seating area. Great location in town, close to the Music Center, and not far from hiking, biking, and all of the great outdoor activities our area has to offer! The Lumberyard Arts area has shopping, Restaurants, Music Venue and Brewery, a Bike shop, and more!
