Cute and clean 1 bedroom cottage at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac tastefully updated with newer furnishings . I queen bed + 2 roll away beds available! Bonita Springs is located in Centrally located, about 20 miles to RSW airport and 15 Miles to the famous 5th Ave in Naples and Naples Beaches! This cottage is close to restaurants and shops and about a mile's walk to Downtown Bonita. You can visit the farmer's market for fresh strawberries and veggies, visit their botanical garden, or rent a kayak and go down the river! There is also access to the river to bring your kayak less than .5 miles away, available only for the residents of this area. This little house comes with everything you need- a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer and all linens and towels! Come to relax or work in this beautiful Bonita Springs - and enjoy everything SWF has to offer!

Clean house in a quiet neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay here, the house was perfectly cleaned, stocked with snacks and water, and had all of the items we needed. Bed is very comfortable, and there is a nice amount of space to move around in.

Vacation week

Property manager was quick to respond to check in and out questions. Property was as noted and everything we needed. Relaxing walk to downtown Bonita Springs for coffee, dining, etc. Plus close to beaches, grocery and all.

Quiet neighborhood

Cute 1 bedroom house with kitchen utensils to make meals on the property in a very quiet neighborhood. It was not walkable to beaches or restaurants but a short drive. It was great for what we were looking for.

What a great place!

Although small, this house was both clean and well furnished. Location, location, location! It’s in the middle of everything, which makes it a perfect base for exploring the area and pretty close to the beach. Would we go back? Absolutely!!

This is very cute cottage-sized house on a quiet street, and we really enjoyed staying here. It is perfect for two people, with a roomy bedroom (comfortable queen bed), comfortable living room, and updated kitchen. It is located right near downtown Bonita and close to many activities. We did not find a hot tub anywhere although the listing mentions one. Those considering this cute cottage should be aware of a few things. There is no dishwasher (didn’t matter to us) although then kitchen is otherwise well equipped, The hot and cold taps on the bathroom sink are reversed (we figured this out after a minute or two). There is no bathtub, only a shower (fine for us). When we arrived, there was no spare TP and the dishwashing soap was virtually empty. The host was so responsive that I’m sure she would have resolved this quickly but we just bought these and took the leftovers home with us. Overall, this is a cute and comfortable place and we would stay here again.

This house fit our needs very well for the two of us. It was located in a quiet neighborhood, and the neighbors were friendly. The location was good as it was only a few minutes away (by car) from restaurants and other attractions. We would stay here again!
