Beautiful beach house perfect for couples, friends and families. Only minutes away from area beaches, the Bay, favorite local restaurants, Five minute walk to Shinnecock Hills Golf Course and less than 10 minutes drive from Main street and Jobs Lane. Set in a calm and serene area, it is the perfect house for couples, a group of friends or a young family. Brand new renovation of entire house and fenced backyard. Wireless available along with desktop computer in closed den/room. Private walks are common within the area with a wonderful community of friendly neighbors. Sunsets and tranquility is abundant!

Please respect all furnishings as yours.Please no lit candles in the home.All used towels should be placed on the shower floor or laundry basket provided at the end of your stay.No smoking/vaping.
Additional $50 charge per hour for early checkin (before 3pm) and/or late checkout (after 11am).Additional $75 charge per night for each additional guest over 3 guests.There is no access to basement.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please avoid wearing outside shoes indoors.

Long Weekend Stay

Everything about our stay was great. I would definitely stay there again or recommend the property for anyone looking for a place to stay in the Hamptons. The property seems to have recently been updated and it looks great. My entire group enjoyed their stay. The location is also very convenient.
