Apartment "Wilder Kaiser", 2 bedrooms:
We offer a cozy apartment for 2-5 persons with private entrance and direct view to the Wilder Kaiser. 2 separate bedrooms, all doors, were made of "pine wood" hand made! The apartment in rural style has a continuous balcony, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, comfortable living room, flat screen TV, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, shower with separate toilet. Bread roll service and sauna in the house.

Our farm is located in a quiet, idyllic and sunny location with uninterrupted views of the Wilder Kaiser, surrounded by a flower meadow. Obermühlberg is an ideal starting point for wonderful hikes and mountain bike tours. The entrance to the ski area, hiking area (Hartkaiserbahn) is 1. 500 m away. Our farm is located in a quiet, idyllic and sunny location with an unobstructed view of the Wilder Kaiser. Obermühlberg is located directly on the cross-country ski trail, ideal for children to sled and bobsleigh. The access to the ski area (Hartkaiserbahn) is 1. 500 m away. FINAL CLEANING - Apartment PANORAMABLICK the final cleaning costs for the LOW SEASONS in the summer vary according to the number of people !!

Sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtete Wohnung. Gut gelungen ist der Kompromiss zwischen Moderne und örtlichem Einrichtungsstil. Alles da, was man benötigt. Eine konventionelle Kaffeemaschine oder ein Filter wäre schön gewesen, da nicht jeder ein Fan von Kaffeepads ist. Schöner Ausblick auf das Kaisergebirge. Ruhige Lage und unser Hund hat die nahen Möglichkeiten für Gassirunden genossen. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Also uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Gepflegte Wohnung in toller Lage

Wir haben uns in der äußerst gemütlichen Wohnung der Familie Kaufmann sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist ruhig und die Aussicht hervorragend. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Auf dem Hof patroulliert der überwiegend freundliche Australien Shepherd der Familie. Er hat einmal unseren kleinen Pudelmix ziemlich angegangen, jedoch wurde in der Folge auf Nachfrage das Tor geschlossen.
