What makes this home unique is the space and privacy it offers to large groups. The property includes a main house as well as an attached private apartment for the ultimate getaway. We are located just minutes away from downtown Two Harbors and Castle Danger Brewery. Come up to enjoy what the North Shore has to offer, including exploring Gooseberry Falls, hiking at Split Rock Lighthouse, and savoring food from Betty's Pies or the Rustic Inn.

The house is walking distance to Grandma's Marathon start line!

The main home of this property has two distinct living areas, three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and laundry. The private apartment located above the garage has its own living room, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, additional laundry, balcony, and a bedroom with a king size bed and a two-person jacuzzi tub. If you're looking to enjoy the fresh air, we invite you to relax on the deck or enjoy a bonfire on a clear night. The attached garage is heated to protect your car and gear through a rough Minnesota winter. For remote workers, the house has fiber internet and a dedicated office space.

We had a wonderful stay. The home is very comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the use of both the apartment and home which worked well for our extended family. The home is close to state parks, Two Harbors and Duluth so a great location from which to enjoy all the local attractions.
