Known for our "Man Cave" this property has the room set with everything you could ever need to have a good time with the guys, the family, a group of friends, or your furry pals.

We have made this home to be a great family friendly option! Lots of space and room to spread but play as needed. Also a great place to watch the elk from the front porch!

This house has four portable AC units. One large one in the man cave, one in the kitchen, and two smaller ones that can be moved to whatever room you are in!

We are located on the outskirts of town in a quiet part of Pine right off the main highway. We are only a short distance from the following:

Things to Note:

*This home is near a local rock quarry and can sometimes be heard outside. Operational between 8-5PM and is not noticeable in the house. Home has been up for 1.5 years and only 1 guest has complained about it being an issue. Please message if you have any questions.

*Parking for up to 4 vehicles

*Smoking is not allowed in the home or anywhere on the property. This includes vaping.

*We do not provide propane for the BBQ. You are welcome to bring your own or use the tank on property and fill up in town.

*Central heating is available in the house, the man cave has safe-to-use portable heaters.

*Ice maker is not provided

Great place to stay along the Arizona trail

I and a few other Arizona trail hikers stayed here for a night to have beds to sleep in, a shower, and do some laundry. This place is great!! We were very well-rested the next day. I also really appreciated that they allow a dog, which enabled a fellow hiker with a dog to stay (for a small add-on fee). This place is also very walkable to "That Brewery & Hub", which accepts packages for Arizona trail hikers. Highly recommend this place!

Overall, we were pleased with our stay. The game room was great. Elk came through the neighborhood each morning and evening, so that was awesome.

Odd checkin

I assume they have had issues in the past. However, I found it odd I never received checkin instructions. When we arrived at 10pm there was a note on the door to call the property manager for checkin. It’s not a big deal for them to verify your party size, but that should have been done prior to the day of checkin. Especially considering cell and internet service isn’t great in Pine, AZ. Outside of that, the house was meticulous and very comfortable.

Hi there! We are the Kump family! Eric, Missy, Howard (3) and Conrad (almost 1). We live full time in the valley. Eric works as a mortgage loan officer and Missy is a full time mom raising two rowdy boys. She also works part time at a hospital in the valley as an ER nurse.

We are so excited to watch our two boys grow up with this as our home away from home, and look forward to making many family memories here. We love to explore outside and enjoy the peace of Pine. It’s the perfect place to take a break from our crazy busy life! We hope you love it here and add to the fun family memories made at Pineders Keepers!

Why they chose this property

We started looking into a place to rent out in early 2021. We knew we wanted a way to beat the heat in the summers so after some research we started looking into the greater Payson area. After a visit, we fell in love with Pine! We adore the town, the people and the experience. We designed the house with fun in mind!

What makes this property unique

Again, with fun in mind, we wanted to make a space that could incorporate something to do at all times. When you're done enjoying the beautiful nature outside, we made this space uniquely fun with our man cave with multiple activities. We also hope you bring your trained animals and feel comfortable leaving them in the fenced yard.
