Large oak dining table with 5 chairs, where you should not only eat, but also a table that should also invite you to enjoy playing.

Living room: The living room borders directly on the open kitchen. From here you also have direct access to the garden with a covered terrace.
In the living room you can expect a 58 “LED TV, blue ray player, stereo, spacious L-couch with coffee table and armchair, various books and DVDs, as well as board games.
The beautiful solid wooden staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor.

The bedroom on the ground floor has a size of approx. 14 square meters, has a massive bed measuring 180 x 200 cm, with adjustable slatted frames, 2 bedside tables and a spacious sliding door wardrobe. In the bedroom you will also find the lockable wall safe. The floor in the bedroom is vinyl flooring. The beds are made upon arrival.

Bathroom G In the bathroom on the ground floor you will find a shower, toilet, sink, mirror with LED lighting, washing machine, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer. Towels and doormats are of course available in the bathroom.

Bathroom upstairs: The bathroom on the upper floor is small but nice. Here you will find a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, cosmetic mirror, hair dryer. Towels and doormats are of course available in the bathroom.

The house was completely renovated in spring 2019.
The inside of the house has been given a completely new coat of paint, new vinyl floors have been laid in the bedrooms, the bathrooms have received new tiled floors, sinks, fittings, toilet lids, mirrors and shower cubicles and small items. New lamps, roller shutters and pleated blinds were installed throughout the house. The house was renovated in all rooms with new furniture, incl. Kitchen newly furnished. The outdoor area has also been completely redesigned. It has a new terrace, a roof covering, a path around the house and 2 parking spaces.
You can charge your electric car directly at the house using our in-house electrical box.
A thuja hedge was planted as a screen.

Outside accommodation:
16 square meter covered terrace, table with 6 chairs, parasol, Weber kettle grill, sun loungers, garden shed, 2 parking spaces with E-pillar.


Arrival and departure: The main arrival day is always Saturday
Arrival and handover of keys is possible from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Departure must be made by 10:00 a.m.
