(actual pictures of pool coming soon) Conveniently located with close proximity to shoppings ,Dinning, Golf Course, Downtown Venice and stunning Gulf Beaches (Beach package available including chairs, wagon, umbrella, cooler). Pets allowed at extra cost.

Great time with family in Venice FL!

Had a great time with my family staying a week in beautiful Venice FL! Sebastian was great always a call or text away if had any questions or concerns! Beaches...restaurants both in Venice and in Sarasota were AMAZING!! We cramed in 1 week what we could do in 3 weeks! Great location 10-15 mins to Venice and Nokomis just little after! Don't wait...DO IT!! Explore all that Venice/Sarasota has to offer!

Comfortable home at a reasonable price in Venice, FL

The house looked just as in the photos. There were nice spaces to relax in throughout the small house. The enclosed sunroom was a nice spot for morning coffee and afternoon chilling. The two bedrooms each had own bathroom (main bedroom en-suite and secondary BR bath was just outside the door). The main bedroom had a very comfortable memory foam mattress, while second bedroom had 2 twin beds - not as high quality/comfort as the main bedroom. The kitchen was well outfitted with dish-ware, glassware, cooking utensils and knives. It was nice to have the garage available to put car in and he laundry room off the garage was clean. A thoughtful bonus was having good beach equipment available in the laundry room (beach wagon, chairs, umbrella). Another bonus was the small above ground pool in the yard - it was sparkling clean with a filter and made for a lovely cooling dip when home from the beach. I would surely recommend this listing.

Great vacation home!

We rented the home for my husbands birthday so we could visit casperson beach. The home is maybe 20 minutes from the beach and in a quiet beautiful neighborhood! The home was just as it is pictured and both Eliza and Sebastian were wonderful communicating with us many times! Our son LOVED having a pool out back to swim and we really had a great weekend ♥️

Perfect for what we needed and very relaxing with a mid century Florida style

This property gives you a very relaxing vibe. The pool was wonderful for the afternoons and the lanai was a great place to gather for meals and relaxing. Just the right size for 2 couples or family of 4. Enjoyed the high end appliances in the kitchen and the laundry would be great for a longer stay. Good neighborhood for walking around and close to shops and restaurants. Would stay again.
