The home comes fully equipped for prime coastal living with an enclosed yard with a furnished upper deck and ground-floor patio.

Sip morning coffee on the deck and enjoy al fresco meals at the outdoor dining table set for six. After days at the beach, unwind on the breezy covered patio while enjoying cold drinks at the palapa bar or in one of the Adirondack rockers. As the sun sets gather around the firepit for starlight conversation and S'mores.

Showcasing inviting, beach themes and decor, the interior comes well-appointed for modern guest comfort. The kitchen comes ready for home-cooking with all the utensils and major appliances, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. A dedicated beverage cooler keeps happy hour drinks on-tap. There's seating for four at the breakfast bar and the dining table seats six. Spend time with friends and family in the living room, equipped with a smart TV and selection of games and toys for at-home entertainment. Central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the in-home essentials.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great open concept beach house!

Nice and spacious home, very welcoming and up to date decor and furnishings. Bedrooms all are so nice. Can sleep up to 10 here, so great for a family or friends gathering. You can see the beach from the deck and is only a short walk. Very nice community with a convenience store close by.

This was in a great location, and you could access most of the town via golf cart. House itself was nice, but definitely lacked in the cleaning department. Hot pods were crusty, ceiling fans were covered in dust, stains on mini blinds, and a griddle full of grease was left in a kitchen cabinet, with a stack of bowls sitting in it. We were also short on towels. The house was rented for 10 people, and were only given 9 towels for 5 days. They refused to bring us more towels, so we had to go purchase our own to even have enough for everyone to bathe. The kitchen is in need of a large frying pan. There is a dart board, but no darts.

Will not book again at this beach house!

This beach house was very very dirty and had a non working outdoor tv and broken basketball goal. If the management does not pay more attention this place will fall apart!!!!
