Excellent location less than a minute from the lovely sandy beach. Large balcony with sea view. Only a few minutes walk away from lots of restaurants: Spanish, Chinese, Indian, Italian etc. parking outside property. Property was clean and everything you needed was there. We bought sunshade the first day and then found a pile of beach chairs, sunshades etc under the stairs to use. Only slight issue was we could hear people in the next apartment talking, listening to radio, TV etc very clearly. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Alles super mit kleinen Einschränkungen…..

Vier Reihenbungalows mit je zwei FeWo, obere Etage jeweils mit Balkon und tollem Meerblick, untere FeWo mit Terrasse und Blick auf eine Mauer. Inventar teilw sehr veraltet, Terrassen ohne Liegen lediglich Plastikstühle, keine Wechsel Bettwäsche, Reinigung bezieht sich lediglich auf Endreinigung und der eigene Abfall muss selbst ca. 300 m zu den Containern gebracht werden. Supermarkt ca 1 km entfernt und vom Meer ab geht jeder Weg steil bergauf. Dafür ist der lange Sandstrand in unmittelbarer Nähe fantastisch. Leider sehr viele Verbote….und wie schon div Vorgänger geschrieben haben ist die Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit und kümmert sich um Ihre (meist) Dauermieter. Wir waren mit Hunden dort, zum Hundeplatz läuft man ca 15 Min, natürlich bergauf…..

Perfekte Lage!

Ich kenne die Unterkunft schon viele, viele Jahre und bin immer noch begeistert. Alles sehr unkompliziert. Einfach, aber alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist perfekt. Besser geht es nicht. Das Meer vor der Haustür und alle anderen Wege sind kurz. Die Stimmung ist toll, man kommt mit den unmittelbaren Nachbarn gut ins Gespräch. Alle sind freundlich. Auch die Vermieterin. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder..

Petit appartement sans luxe mais avec le nécessaire...tout près de la plage de sable...attention la clim ne fonctionne que de 22h à 11h du matin, donc la sieste c'est forcément sur la plage.

Ganz ansprechend,kleine Mängel

Wir hatten diese Unterkunft gewählt,um nach einer 12 Tage Andalusienrundfahrt noch etwas am Meer zu entspannen,und das war dort auch möglich. es liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Strasse ca. 100m zum ellenlangen,sehr breiten Sandstrand. Die Wohnung selbst ist mit allem,was man braucht,ausgestattet,wenn auch manches schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen ist. Dringend mal erneuert gehören die Markisen auf den Balkonen, welche alle schon reichlich zerfetzt waren,auch das Sofa war schon wie`ne Hängematte. Ansonsten ist dieses Apartment voll ok.

Good beach apartment, Mediteranium just 50 meters away and town close by

If you are looking for an apartment close to the beach with just a short walk into Guardamar town this is a good choice. The apartment is well furnished, clean and generally well presented. The air conditioning is on a timer that switches on overnight but in the evening before the air conditioning comes on it can be quite hot though it is very pleasant (and cooler) to sit on the balcony.

Sonnige erholsame Ferien

Wir haben hier unseren zweiwöchigen Sommerurlaub im August 2016 verbracht und haben alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Die Wohnanlage liegt dicht am Strand, von unserem sehr großen schönen Balkon aus konnten wir das Meer sogar ein kleines Stück sehen. Die Anlage ist umzäunt und stets abgeschlossen, so dass unsere drei Kinder auch mal draußen ein Eis essen konnten, ohne dass man Angst haben musste, sie könnten auf die Straße laufen. Fußläufig ist alles gut zu erreichen, auch die Promenade mit Restaurants, Cafe´s und einigen Geschäften ist nicht weit. Das Stadtzentrum ist ebenfalls nah, so dass man abends noch spazieren gehen, essen gehen oder etwas einkaufen kann. Ausflüge kann ich nicht bewerten, da wir dieses Jahr einen reinen Strand-/ Badeurlaub verbracht haben. Dies ist aber in jedem Fall gelungen, es war ein schöner erholsamer Familienurlaub und wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal hier.

Hält was es verspricht

Schöne Wohnung nur ein wenig veraltet von der Einrichtung. Der schöne Ausblick und die Nähe zum Meer lässt darüber aber hinwegsehen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und steht einem immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal hinfahren, haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Toller Urlaub

Von uns gibt es eine 100 % positive Bewertung. Das Ferienobjekt war sehr gemütlich und sauber. Wir haben uns von der 1. Minute an wohlgefühlt. Das Meer liegt ca. 50 m entfernt und wir hatten jeden morgen beim Frühstück einen traumhaften Ausblick. Die Vermieterin war jederzeit ansprechbar und stand uns hilfsbereit zur Seite wenn es Fragen gab. Auch unsere 2 Hunde waren herzlich willkommen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :-))

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten einen zu 100 % zu empfehlenden Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Tolle Lage wie beschrieben nur ein Katzensprung vom Meer entfernt. Jeden Morgen Frühstück mit dem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung ist top gepflegt und die Küche bietet alles was man benötigt. Eine sehr nette Vermieterin steht einem immer mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Auch unseren beiden Hunden hat es nichts gefehlt. Leider ist der Strand für Hund tabu. Aber es gibt trotzden schöne Spazierwege die man nutzen kann. Dünen und Pinienwälder. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :-) Vielen lieben Dank Frau von Dewitz bis zum nächsten mal.

La vivienda esta muy bien situada y para pasar una semana esta correcta. Cerca de bares y mercado. Y al lado de la playa. Limpia aunque los muebles antiguos. Nosotros nos llevamos una gran decepción con el aire acondicionado puesto que solo se podía disfrutar de once de la noche a 8 de la mañana, por lo que se pasa bastante calor durante el día, además los sofás son muy calurosos por lo que la estancia no ha sido cómoda en este aspecto. La barbacoa también fue una decepcion puesto que es compartida con los otros cinco vecinos que viven en la finca, por lo que estaba sucia y no se podía usar. En la foto parece una casa individual pero es un piso. lo cual también fue decepcionante. No se si la recomendaría a algún familiar o amigo, por que pasamos bastante calor.

Seit 1998 zum 8.Mal Gäste und zum 8. Mal zufrieden

Lage, Einrichtung, Ausstattung der Küche und Service waren wie in den Jahren zuvor völlig o.k. Wir waren zu Dritt und haben uns 3 Wochen wohl gefühlt. Irgendwann sollte allerdings die Klimaanlage für die gesamte Wohnung und nicht nur nachts in den Schlafzimmern eingerichtet werden. Sommerurlauber würden evtl. Mehrkosten sicherlich in Kauf nehmen. Wenn wir nicht neugierig auch auf andere Urlaubsorte wären, würden wir wohl jedes Jahr hierher kommen. Dieter und Margitt

Die Ferienanlage ist genauso wie im Internet beschrieben. Sie ist eine sehr saubere und gepflegte Anlage, die nur 30 Meter vom Strand entfernt liegt. Vom Wohnzimmer aus hatten wir den direkten Blick auf das Meer und trotzdem liegt die Anlage sehr zentral. Man kann alle Geschäfte zu Fuß erreichen. Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin stand uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt noch ein zweites Mal. Unseren Freunden und Bekannten können wir dieses Domizil nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Erholung pur

Wir kommen nun schon seit über 30 Jahren hierher und manchmal sogar 2x im Jahr. Die Appartements sind sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Dieses Feriendomizil punktet mit dem kurzen Weg (ca. 50 m) zum Strand, welcher sehr sauber ist. In der Nähe gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Lidl) und jeden Mittwoch ist in der Stadt Markt, wo es frisches Obst und Gemüse gibt. Wer einen ruhigen Strandurlaub sucht, ist hier richtig. Aber man kann auch den Trubel in der Stadt haben, welche nicht weit entfernt ist.
