Beautifully Restored Singe Family Home in West End, with two parking spaces.

This 200 year-old single family home has been lovingly renovated to provide modern comfort with historic charm. Ideally situated in the heart of PTown's unique West End, this home is just a block away from the fun and charm of Commercial Street. The main floor includes a newly furnished Great Room with gas fireplace and 50" Flat Screen TV. Gourmet Kitchen is stocked with high-end cookware and appliances, including a double-oven, double-sink, and convection/microwave. There is one bdrm/one bath on main floor, 2nd floor includes a large master bedroom plus a third bedroom along with a luxury bath with jacuzzi tub and 2 person shower. All beds have been upgraded to adjustable SleepNumber mattresses. Outdoor deck with seating for 6 plus 2 free parking spaces. High speed wireless internet.

NOTE: Due to the original architecture of the house, the stairway to top floor is somewhat steep (but completely solid). 2nd floor bedrooms are not ideal for small children or adults with mobility issues.

NOTE: Rental does not include the owner-occupied basement apartment, which is fully separated and locked off from the rental space. The apartment is effectively sealed off from the main house, and has its own separate air-handling (HVAC) systems. The third parking space in the driveway is reserved for the basement apartment.

Perfect location, very spacious and comfortable home, fully stocked kitchen (so stocked that one could make a gourmet meal!), and extras like beach chairs for use during stay. It was a great place to hang out after the beach and before heading into town. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed five days at this very comfortable centrally, located home. Chris is clearly an experienced owner who has thought of all the little comforts that make a vacation rental so nice. Very comfortable beds, great linens, temperature control in all the rooms, beach equipment so you don’t have to bring your own, but don’t forget your beach towels! We would happily come back here again.

Luxury stay in Ptown for Lesbian Weekend

This lovely home is cozy, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect with a very quick walk to bars, clubs, restaurants, and the water. The shower is sublime and has a steam room function. The beds are so comfortable. Would definitely love to stay here again for my next ptown trip.

Great location

This is so central, a quick walk from tea and literally around the bend from the main strip. Plus, the bike rental place is also close which is super convenient. Alexa in every room was a great touch and the kitchen was verrrry nice.

A great get away!

I've stayed here three times. The location is fantastic. It's close to everything but tucked away on a side street. The kitchen it VERY well stocked. And the owner is great to work with. The house is always clean.
