Apartment near the beach with sea views and community pool. A neat and well equipped 3 1/2 room apartment with comfortable furniture.
The apartment is 118 m2 in size, very nicely furnished, cozy and spacious
2 large balconies with sea views, 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, large living-dining room with satellite, TV, radio with CD and cassette, WiFi, central
heating, separate kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, microwave,
Coffee machine, etc. The balcony to the beach side can be folded with glass elements
be completely closed. The tenant stands in the basement of the house
a lockable garage is available.

The house has 2 lifts, the apartment is on the 4th Floor with intercom
and camera. The facility looked after by a caretaker is very well maintained.

The swimming pool and outdoor whirlpool in a small, pretty complex right on the
House is only accessible to residents. The house is very centrally located.
The beach and the promenade can be reached in 3 minutes, where are also
Restaurants and shops are located. The center of Calpe is only 500 meters away.

Großzügige, gut gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die Pluspunkte überwiegen eindeutig. Die Wohnung ist sauber, bietet genug Platz für 3-4 Personen, hat zwei Badezimmer (!!!). Es sind alle Küchenutensilien vorhanden, die man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr gut (besser geht immer). Zu Fuß zum Strand, zur Promenade und auch zum Einkaufen. Ich kann die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Drei Punkte muss ich aber ansprechen. In einem der beiden Schlafzimmer ist eine sehr in die Jahre gekommene Klimaanlage installiert. Diese bringt keine Abkühlung und die Luft riecht unangenehm. Man kann die Wohnung tagsüber querlüften und braucht eigentlich keine Klimatisierung. Nur in der Nacht, wenn man bei offenem Fenster kaum einschlafen kann (Hauptverkehrsader der Stadt hinter dem Haus), braucht man ein funktionierendes Klimagerät. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer funktioniert die Klimaanlage tadellos. Ebenfalls das Thema Schlafen betrifft mein zweiter Kritikpunkt: Matratzen. In einem Schlafzimmer sind sie absolut in Ordnung, im anderen liegt man auf der Matratze, wie in einer Hängematte, man versinkt buchstäblich im Schaumstoff, obwohl wir nicht an Übergewicht leiden... Zwei härtere Matratzen, wie im anderen Schlafzimmer, würden das Problem aus der Welt schaffen. Auch der letzte Kritikpunkt betrifft z.T. das Schlafzimmer. Bei einem Aufenthalt von drei Wochen (aber auch zwei) kann man erwarten, dass ein Wechselset an Bettwäsche und Handtüchern inklusive ist. Hier kostet es extra bzw. es muss verhandelt werden, um es zu bekommen.

Eine neue Klimaanlage ist bereits gekauft und wird diese Woche installiert. Matratzen sind nicht alt aber zu weich gekauft. Werden im Oktober ersetzt.

Vacaciones agradables en la playa

El apartamento es amplio y estaba muy limpio. Está muy bien equipado y situado cerca de la playa. La encargada del alojamiento fue muy amable. Muy recomendable para pasar unos días tranquilos de vacaciones junto al mar.

Wij waren voor de derde keer in dit appartement en het is weer goed bevallen.

De vakantiewoning is ruim en volledig ingericht met apparatuur echter de matrassen zijn zo langzamerhand wel aan vervanging toe. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar

Buenas vacaciones

En general todo muy bien todo, el apartamento espacioso sobretodo la terraza, corre mucha corriente, limpio y muy bien equipado. La única pega que le podemos poner es el ruido de la carretera de detrás (demasiado coche y ruido de motos) por la noche sobretodo.La distancia a la playa y al mercado es mínima, la ubicación es muy buena.
