This cozy 2 bedroom home is conveniently located 10-15 minutes from downtown Indy, the Indianapolis airport and Indianapolis motor speedway. Tons of backyard space for the kids!! Very intimate home. Washer and dryer included.
Pets are welcomed (up to 3), however there may be a pet fee associated depending on length of stay and number of pets. The property does inclide a firestick in the living room (cable tv access, check welcome guide for instructions).

We attended the Indy 500 this year but didn't want to pay hotel prices. This location was walkable to the venue (3.5 miles but we do 5k everyday). Central to tons of restaurants and other stores, it was easy to find any restaurant genre. Indian, Haitian, Mexican, Jamaican, Burgers, Pizza, Italian, Ice Cream, you name it you can find it.Host was very polite and easy to communicate with. Instructions for check in, during stay, and check out were super simple. House was cleaned up and nice. Fenced in back yard and front area was nice for outdoor time. Two tvs loaded with apps and a nice kitchen.For just the two of us this was a perfect stay but if you had 3 people it could be a little cramped. Kids room has a bunk bed!
