There are 2 queen bedrooms plus a bunk/twin room with 5 twin beds, an open living and dining area, full kitchen, washer/dryer, strong WiFi, TV, books and toys, and lake views from nearly every room. The home was remodeled in 2017 with an added master suite, updated kitchen and laundry room, granite counters, remodeled bathrooms, and a stone fireplace.

The lake setup is the reason many guests choose this property. The private boathouse has deep water year-round, a fully enclosed guest boat slip, electric lift, fish cleaning station with fresh water, 7 cubic foot freezer, outlets for charging, and sturdy steps into the lake. Fish from the bank or pier, keep your boat on site, swim in the cove, or spend the evening on the deck after a day on Lake Guntersville.
