Our apartment has two floors. Upstairs there is a living room with open kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, hallway and bathroom, in the attic a bedroom with two beds. In addition to the balcony and dining area, a comfortable kitchen with dishwasher completes the wonderful apartment.

Wir verbringen schon seit 5 Jahren unseren Ostseeurlaub in Zingst, in der Ostseewelle Whg. 8. Es ist für uns wie zu Hause, eine gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht und die man nur empfehlen kann. Übrigens kann man Zingst auch nur empfehlen: Die Kommune hat in den letzten Jahren viel unternommen, um die Attraktivität des Ostseeheilbades Zingst auf Top-Niveau zu bringen!

Ich habe das Preis-/Leistung mit weniger Punkten versehen, da im Wäschepaket keine Handtücher enthalten sind. Weiterhin muss man die Betten selbst be- und abziehen. Service kann ich nicht so richtig beurteilen, da wir nur die Schlüssel abgeholt und wieder hingebracht haben. Das war Minutensache.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Warum haben wir nur vier Sterne für die Ausstattung gegeben? Die Wohnung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es ist aber alles da, was man benötigt. Der Preis ist allerdings angemessen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt besonders positiv hervorheben. Möchten wir die Zimmervermittlung in Zingst. Sie hat uns in mehreren Fällen (Schlüsselhinterlegung, Koffer-Transport, Handtuch Paket) pragmatisch und kundenorientiert weitergeholfen. Dies war notwendig, da die Deutsche Bahn erhebliche Verspätung hatte, der Lieferdienst Hermes für die Koffer unzuverlässig war und das Buchungportal FeWo-direkt einen Fehler gemacht hat. Wir empfehlen, die Wohnung über die Zimmervermittlung direkt zu buchen und nicht über ein Buchungportal. Das ist nicht nur günstiger, da der Preis für Bettwäsche und Handtücher günstiger ist, sondern auch einfacher und besser.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Schöne, helle, saubere Wohnung mit Balkon und allem was man brauchen könnte. Sehr positiv fanden wir die Küchenausstattung, nicht immer gibt es in Ferienwohnungen Salz, Pfeffer, Spülmittel etc. und so viele Kochutensilien. Sogar Gesellschaftsspiele! Wirklich top.
