Beautiful home located in a lovely, quiet and historic neighborhood. Perfect for our extended family holiday trip to our old home town. Convenient to the Wake campus, Reynolda House & Museum, downtown, etc. We were able to spread out with comfort and privacy in the bedrooms, but also gather to cook family meals and visit in the spacious living/dining area. Fantastic communication with our host.
Our host Daniel was very attentive and responsive to our questions and our needs. The house was very well furnished with new appliances and other inside furnishings. Great location! Not only would I recommend this house but will keep it on our list when we have another Wake Forest trip!
The location of the house was very convenient to campus. Our host was so helpful and checked in with us throughout our stay. The neighborhood is very safe. The home has a nice layout. We would definitely rent this again!
Really great place to stay in Winston Salem. Close to Wake Forest and all the things the campus provides. Perfect for college visits with teens as there is a lot of room to spread out so everyone can have their own space.
We had the perfect weekend standing at Daniel’s place. Perfect location, quiet neighborhood. Enough sitting room for everyone to hangout and enjoy. The house was well stocked with eveything we needed to enjoy Easter dinner with our Deac. Will definitely be staying again.
We loved this house as a family gathering place. There was plenty of space to spread out. The house was clean and communication with the host was great. Kitchen had plenty of utensils and dishes to get us thru the weekend. Great place that we would love to stay at again!
Beautiful home! Dropping off my daughter at Wake Forest, and had lots of room to enjoy time together and get organized for move in date. Very clean and organized.
Lovely house perfect for a family group that included 3 kids parents grandparents and single uncle. Everyone had plenty of space and plenty of common space. Kutchen was complete all appliances were new and everything worked as expected.
My wife and I recently got married in Winston-Salem and needed a place for us and our wedding party to stay. Daniels listing seemed like the best option, and it could not had been better. Very clean, conveniently located, and easily housed 9-10 people and 1 pet for our stay. If you are traveling with a large party I could not recommend this house or Daniel more!
I was looking for a home to rent for my husband and I and two grown children and their spouses for a family wedding at Reynolda Village. I wanted at least 3 bedrooms and baths and Daniel's home was just perfect. It had everything we needed, was close to everything in a lovely neighborhood. the home was comfortable, immaculate and Daniel was responsive and helpful. This is a great home for a family with little kids or big ones and I would highly recommend you choosing this home if you're in the Winston- Salem area.
This is an excellent property within easy walking distance to the WFU campus. The property was immaculately clean and well stocked with all the necessary essentials, plus other touches that were very convenient like bedside USB charging stations. Everything was nice, new and in great condition. We liked being close to Wake, but not directly off Polo Rd. so it was a little quieter. We would definitely stay here again.
I cannot say anything but positive things about our stay at this home! I was able to check in a bit early(the host did not have to let me check in early). This house was beautifully decorated and SOOOO clean! There was more than enough room, and we have 9 adults staying at the house. The neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and we were able to walk to a local bar from the house. Daniel was so communicative and kind! Thank you for letting us experience your home, and if I ever stay in Winston-Salem again, I will definitely be staying here.
We enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive. The home had basic essentials. Would have liked to have had a Keurig coffee maker and perhaps a few more pots and pans. Also master bedroom bed was extremely firm and not comfortable as were 2 beds in one of the other bedrooms.

Hey Debbie- We always shoot for a 5-star experience, and are disappointed when we don't hit it. I'm sorry you were not a fan of the beds! Unfortunately, it is a little bit of a "three little bears" situation. We worked really hard to find beds that were not too soft or too hard, but "just right". Just last week, we had another guest raving about them and we sent them a link on Amazon for the beds for their daughter. You are correct, we do not have a Keurig, only a drip coffee maker. We will definitely do an inventory check to make sure there is sufficient cookware and the kitchen remains fully stocked. Thanks for your feedback, we really do value it and as always will continually make improvements to this home using it!
My daughter got married at Reynolds Village. This home was very close and convenient. The home is so cute and clean and plenty of space. The owner was easy to communicate with. I would recommend this home.
