If I would stay here forever, I would. Beautiful brand new house, no: HOME. We had an absolute fantastic time at this property. The host was incredibly communicative and sweet. The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable and near the ocean. Added bonus, there is also a beautiful park near by. Would recommend this place to everyone and we will definitely be back again.

Lovely home for a long-term stay

Perfectly clean and fresh, well-stocked with quality amenities, and located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. We only had to supply our own Kleenex and food. My only complaint was the beds all had the same mattress type, which was too soft for me, but the futon was quite comfortable.

Beautiful home

This property was in a great location with walking trails close. Quiet neighborhood with quick access to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The home was well appointed, kitchen had spices, paper products, cooking appliances, garbage bags, basically everything you would need to move in. The owner was quick to respond when I emailed or texted her. If we come back to Venice I hope this place is available. I would definitely stay here again.

Good propery, great location

The house fairly large and was packed with everything I needed. Towels, kitchenware, laundry stuff, beach towels, umbrellas and chairs. The host was very friendly and responsive, no problems there. Location is one of the best things about the house. Grocery stores are nearby, Manasota beach is 5 minutes away by car. There is a nature reserve right across the road next to the house, you can take a stroll there any time of day, just be sure to bring mosquito repellent or you will eaten alive. There is a drinking fountain inside the house. Overall it was a great stay, will definitely be back again.

Gem of Venice

This is a brand new beautiful home in close proximity to the ocean and the lemon bay preserve for a back yard. The owners thought of every little detail to make this home comfortable and welcoming. From kitchen amenities like an air fryer and instapot to comfortable beds and an office. The home is literally brand new, extremely clean and gorgeous. You can feel the breeze from the ocean when you stroll in the beautiful lemon bay natural preserve right across the street. It is 5 minutes from Manasota beach where our kids had a blast collecting shark teeth. The location of the property is great, it’s close to beautiful down town Venice and restaurants. Short drive to multiple beaches around. The host was very nice and quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be back many times.
