Fully functional tiny house located on Lake Hamilton with stunning views and large patio. Perfect for a relaxing getaway for couples. Located in a secluded, quiet cove, but only 5 minutes from Central Ave. in the popular 7 South area. This is a 1 bed/1 full bath home with couches that pull out (1 queen & 1 twin), but most comfortable for no more than 2-4 guests. House includes a covered boat house (not suitable for a hard top pontoon boat due to clearance) available for use with rental.

Great Place

My daughter and I stayed here for a quick spring break trip. Place was just what we needed. Very comfortable for the 2 of us. The patio was very large and relaxing as well.

Perfect for a Couple

We had an amazing weekend in our tiny house. The area was perfect. The house has just what you need and is equipped with style and thoughtfulness. We easily put our kayaks in for the weekend at the connected dock.

Small House on Lake Hamilton

Great little place, clean and everything worked. We had enough room, even with 2 kids. The outside patio was nice and spacious. The included boat was a bonus and worked out good. Thanks

Great weekend getaway for family of 3

Our little family loved this small house! It seems newly renovated and the owner supplied everything we needed to be comfortable and cozy. My 7yr old son loved seeing the fish, turtles, and ducks off the patio…he also caught many fish off the patio! Owner is nice and helpful! Overall, great getaway: convenient location, very clean with nice appliances/silverware/dishes…etc. We will be back! The house is good for couples or small family (young kids). There is only one, semi-private bathroom. It suited us fine, but wouldn’t be good for a larger group (which I think I read in the owners description!)
