BRAND NEW BEACH RAMP!

Located in the desirable Maravilla low-rise, “Casa Blanca” is a newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo that sleeps up to 7 guests, featuring stunning Gulf views and modern updates as of December 2022. The open-concept living area and kitchen create a spacious atmosphere, complemented by new furnishings, bedding, and decor. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, balcony access, and a TV, while the guest room has a queen bed, TV, and a furniture rack. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa and Gulf views.

The fully equipped kitchen features a coffee maker, Keurig, dishwasher, and blender, along with a full set of dishes and cookware. The dining area seats 7, and the unit includes a walk-in laundry room with a washer and dryer. Stay connected with free WiFi and enjoy three flat-screen TVs throughout.

Amenities include *seasonal beach service (umbrella and 2 chairs), two pools (one heated), a jacuzzi, tennis and pickleball courts, a gym, shuffleboard, BBQ grills, and a private beach. The condo’s wood-like vinyl plank flooring adds a touch of beach-inspired luxury. Located between two elevators, the unit offers easy access with groceries and luggage.

We had the best stay and don’t want to leave! The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. This was an our first time staying in this area of Miramar and have loved being able to walk to restaurants. The boardwalk and sidewalks are great. Love that it is dog-friendly but so clean you couldn’t tell another pet has been here- coming from someone who is highly allergic to most pets. The chair rentals were also a major plus. Thank you for a great vacation!

The Condo at Maravilla was very clean, updated & liked the use of the extra beach towels & the wagon was great hauling all of our stuff to the beach with the new ramp access. The short walk to the pool & beach from the condo was wonderful & loved spending time on the balcony enjoying the view when having morning coffee & cocktails in the evening. Our hostess Louise responded to my questions quickly prior to booking & the checking in and out process went very smoothly. This was my second time staying at the Maravilla property (first was 10 years ago), but first time in condo 2210. This condo looks exactly like the pictures and was lovely, clean, and comfortable. The owner had starter essentials which was super nice and everything you need for cooking and even coffee. The complimentary umbrella and chairs at the beach was wonderful, plus she had extra in the condo if needed. The view of the beach was amazing, and I also took advantage of the covered patio the day it rained. It’s a safe area and great location within walking distance of several seafood places including Pompano Joe’s as well as a couple of coffee shops. Other restaurants and shopping areas are easily accessible by car or golf cart. The host was super quick to respond to messages which made communication easy. Overall, I would definitely recommend this condo and host!

Our stay was wonderful! Louise the host responds promptly to any question. Check in and out is a breeze. The property is very well maintained and the community is very friendly. We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub and pickleball courts. The view of the beautiful gulf waters was amazing right out our windows. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony as well. Our dog enjoyed it too! Would highly recommend this place to stay in Sestin.

Once again, Louise's communication made our check-in seamless. The condo was immaculate when we walked in. The view of the pool and beach stunning. Parking was plentiful even with the resurfacing going on. All facilities were functional and simple to access. Plenty of carts for moving luggage, groceries, etc. in or out.The kitchen has just about any tool one might need if compelled to cook. The living room and balcony are all we needed/wanted them to be.Louise has this property set up well. We just have to decide when we want to come back.

We are the Buslow Family—Joe, Louise, Drew, and Dylan—and we are a family that cherishes the beach and the ocean. In 2011, we made the move from the north shore of Boston to Texas. However, we missed having the beach right in our backyard, so we decided to create our own dream beach vacation getaway. Having grown up in Florida, my husband introduced me to the beauty of Destin, where I instantly fell in love with the pristine white sandy beaches and the mesmerizing turquoise waters of the Gulf. The Crystal Beach/Miramar Beach area captivated us with its fantastic shopping, dining options, and family attractions. This marks our eleventh rental season and our sixth property, and we genuinely relish our homes away from home. Additionally, I manage Vrbo.com/2370403, a marvelous property in Crystal Beach that can accommodate parties of 8. It's a brand new property in a superb location just a few minutes from the beach.

We take every inquiry seriously and respond to each individual promptly. We genuinely enjoy speaking with our guests, so please don't hesitate to give us a call.
