East Frisian country house with large fenced garden

Our East Frisian country house is located in the middle of Westerholt with a view of meadows and fields. From here, you can reach the center with many shopping opportunities 400 meters away on foot or by bike. The house is very centrally located between the bathing resorts of Dornumersiel, Norddeich and Bensersiel. It is also only 10 minutes to the bathing beach with wakeboard system in Tannenhausen.

The house is approx. 110 square meters and has a large, bright living / dining room, a kitchen, two ground floor bedrooms (each with two sleeping possibilities), a utility room, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet on the ground floor.

On the upper floor there is another bedroom with two sleeping possibilities.

A total of 6 beds are available. A cot can be added.

The approximately 1250 square meter garden has a covered sun terrace and a small natural pond. There is also a double swing with slide and a covered sandpit.

schöner Urlaub mit Kindern und Hund

wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Super Ausstattung - es ist alles da, was man braucht: ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, mehrere Kaffeemaschinen, Fernseher, Radio usw. Das Haus wurde liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin verlief über die App und war sehr angenehm. Rundum hat es uns sehr gefallen. Etwas schade war, dass die Außenanlage nicht ganz den Bildern entsprach. Der Zustand der Außenanlage war schlechter als auf den Bildern. Hier wären vielleicht aktuelle Bilder angebracht oder eine Renovierung der Außenanlage. Auch das nachträglich angebotene Wäschepaket für 16/Person (Bettwäsche, 2 Handtücher) fanden wir für 4 Nächte etwas teuer, aber das muss man ja nicht zwingend dazu buchen - wir haben es trotzdem gemacht. Ansonsten ist diese Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen, vor allem wenn man mit Kindern und Hund reist. Man muss nur beachten, dass es bei der abendlichen Hunderunde sehr dunkel auf den Gehwegen ist, da es keine Straßenbeleuchtung gibt. Es sollte also eine Taschenlampe im Handgepäck sein.

Wunderschönes, rustikales Ferienhaus für den Familienurlaub

Wir haben eine wirklich schöne Woche in Westerholt verbracht, und das, obwohl wir etwa Pech mit dem Wetter hatten. Das Haus ist geräumig und für die angegebene Personenzahl mehr als passend, vollständig ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen, trotzdem sind alle Geschäfte des täglichen Lebens fußläufig erreichbar. Absolutes Highlight ist der große Garten mit Rutsche, Schaukel, Sandkasten und einer Menge Spielzeug - wir mussten morgens nur die Tür aufmachen und unser Sohn (2) war für Stunden beschäftigt, zusätzlich gab es für ihn mit Kuh- & Pferdewiese sowie einem sicher abgezäunten Naturteich auch mehr als genug zu sehen. Währenddessen konnten wir es uns bei Wind und Wetter auf der überdachten Veranda gemütlich machen und Grillen. Die Vermieterin war im Kontakt immer freundlich und zuvorkommend, hat uns bei Fragen und Problemen jederzeit weitergeholfen, eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Insgesam ein tolles Haus für einen Familienurlaub, bei dem die Lage etwas abseits der touristischen Hotspots nicht im geringsten stört. Gerne wieder!

Tolle Unterkunft, super für Familien

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut geeignet für Familien. Es gibt Spielmöglichkeiten für drinnen und draussen. Der Garten ist eingezäunt und sogar der Teich extra abgetrennt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich und wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Morgens konnten wir die Rehe auf dem Feld hinter dem Haus beobachten. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder. Es ist zwar etwas Fahrzeit (15-20 Min) zum Strand aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Im Ort gibt es mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants.
