Why they chose this property
This is a special property with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. The views from the cottage are truly one of a kind. Rochester holds a special place in our hearts, having gotten married just down the road. It's a unique town, with the peace and quite of a rural setting but also the important amenities to provide the usual comforts one could want. The quaint town center has a nice park, a few great restaurants and cafes, a grocery store, hardware store, laundromat, and more. Being right in the middle of the state, it's also the perfect launching point for day trips to other destinations like Woodstock, Killington, Middlebury, Waitsfield, Montpelier, and Burlington.
What makes this property unique
We have some great trails for walking/biking/cross-country skiing right in the neighborhood! Sugarbush, Killington, Mad River Glen, Middlebury Snow Bowl, and Rikert Nordic Center are all within a 20-40 minute drive.
