Casa Beni is a beautiful holiday home with private pool in a quiet, family friendly location in Mayorazgo. This rather traditionally designed house is very well maintained and offers comfort and convenience for the whole family. The spacious garden offers enough space to spend a nice holiday with the whole family. The area is also perfect for walks in the nearby pine forest.
The equipment:
- 3 bedrooms, one with double bed (1,35cm wide) and two bedrooms with two single beds each. All bedrooms have mosquito screens.
- 2 bathrooms: a shower en-suite to the bedroom, another bathroom with bathtub and shower.
- fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and all other necessary kitchen utensils
- Salon with 2 comfortable sofas, TV with Spanish and international (also German) satellite programmes, fireplace, dining table with chairs. WIFI Internet is available.
- Covered terrace furnished with table and chairs. Next to the terrace there is a barbecue with another table and chairs.
- Large private pool with sunbeds and umbrellas.
The property is completely enclosed and
has enough parking space for 2 cars.

We will return!

I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be returning. It's In a beautiful and peaceful location, the house is very clean, comfortable and has pretty much everything you could need. Everything is thought of and covered. It also has very good Internet. We absolutely loved the garden, as did our dog. Joaquina was very friendly and helpful and was on hand if we needed her. Thank you, we had a lovely holiday.

The house was well presented, immaculately clean and very well equipped. The garden was well maintained and there was plenty of room the grandson to run around. It was great to have the fire as it was cold on the evenings, there was plenty of warm bedding. Maybe the addition of some rugs would help it feel warmer under foot. It was just starting to get warmer as we left and I can't imagine it being a problem during the warmer months. Overall impression was great and if in the area again I would not hesitate to return here.

Dall'accoglienza di José e Joaquinha ( che ci hanno aspettato fino alle 2 di notte per il nostro arrivo in ritardo) a tutto il resto della nostra vacanza casa Beni è stata perfetta... Pulita molto accogliente e accessoriata, ottima piscina spazio esterno e BBQ incantevoli. Letti comodi e bagni puliti e docce molto funzionali. Consigliatissima. Speriamo di ritornare presto

Hemos estado 2 semanas en agosto y la casa es muy buena pero sobre todo los propietarios son todavía mucho mejor. Tuvimos un problema con el vehículo y ellos se ofrecieron desinteresadamente en llevarnos con su coche. BUENA GENTE. Un placer conocer gente asi.

Casa rural muy limpia y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días maravillosos. Esta a unos 7 u 8 minutos de la playa en coche y bastante cerca de varias tiendas. La dueña un encanto y muy atenta.

Der schöne Pool rundet das Gesamtbild ab. Umgebung ruhig und eher ländlich. Conil/Meer in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar Der tägliche Bedarf kann ebenso in wenigen Autominuten getätigt werden. Hemos pasado unas vacaciones en casa Beni estupendas. La casa está equipada con todo lo necesario, jardín precioso y cuidado, más bonito que en la fotos. Y Joaquina nos ha facilitado todo lo que hemos necesitado, incluyendo dos cunas. Ubicado a pocos minutos en coche de la playa y del centro del pueblo.

Nosotros todos los años solemos bajar a Conil y después de probar varias casas, ya hemos encontrado la perfect!!!!!. Lugar perfecto para descansar del jaleo y ajetreo de la ciudad. La piscina te da un plus de tranquilidad si vas con niños,como es nuestro caso. Los señores de la casa súper amables nos hecho la estancia aun mas cómoda. El año que viene repetiremos sin dudas.

Hola, el apartamento fantástico cuidado y bonito, el jardín y la piscina, el entorno... como puntos de mejora, el wifi no funciona bien, en mi caso lo necesitaba para trabajar y he tenido que ir al pueblo varias veces, las sillas del jardín necesitan un cojín y por último bastante sorprendente que en el siglo XXI no tengamos agua potable. También nos sorprendió que las camas no estaban hechas, pero no es importante. Por lo demás totalmente recomendable...
