Quiet neighborhood, screened/seating area and fully fenced backyard.
Open concept, granites countertops, with induction range, microwave and modern fridge. Living room with comfortable sofa, loveseat and a 75” smart TV.
Dining for 6, coffee/wine bar.
King size bed Master bedroom with 55” smart tv, walking closet and full modern bathroom.

Great location

The owners are lovely people who are very easy to work with. The property is nicely kept, clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient to restaurants, shopping, and major streets while being in a calm neighborhood.

Relaxing Getaway

The rental unit was just as described. It was very clean and had all of the amenities that you would want The heated pool was a great addition which was used everyday of our stay. Communication with the owners was always quick and easy. They respected your privacy. We recommend this location with no reservations.

Cheerful Cape Coral house

This is a well decorated, very clean house. It is conveniently located near one of the main roads in Cape Coral. The house has a lovely lanai with a heated pool. Unfortunately, despite several inquiries, the pool’s heater did not work. This was very disappointing. Otherwise the owners were generally very responsive to our problems. We stayed here for a month.
