Spend an unforgettable holiday on the Costa del Sol in our ultra-modern, very tastefully furnished holiday chalet on the Costa del Sol - only 250 m from the fine sandy beach - in a quiet location on the sunniest coast in Spain. Out of the way and wonderfully quiet, but still central. Rest, relaxation, nature, sun & sea, you will find all of this in Benajarafe, a small village in southern Spain, located in the Axarquía (Andalusia), in the east of the Costa del Sol, approx. 30 km east of Málaga. Located on the coast, you can enjoy a very mild climate here in every season - one of the most pleasant in all of Europe, as here the almost tropical sun is combined with the beneficial influence of the sea!

Cortijo for 2 people - luxury

The holiday cortijo is located in the botanical garden area of our finca, just above the pool terrace with its own parking space.

It is around 70m² in size and offers plenty of space to relax for 2 adults. (The finca is unfortunately not suitable for children).

Via the approximately 40m ² covered terrace with summer-outdoor kitchen you get through the patio door into the living room with large fitted kitchen, seating and entertainment media. In the back area you will find the bedroom with double bed and entertainment media on the left. On the right you will find a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Below the house is the large, modern private pool, to which we warmly invite you.

Palm trees, pine trees, cypresses, bougainvillia and many other subtropical plants round off the overall picture and invite you to linger in many places - be it on your furnished terrace in front of the guest house or on the large, palm-lined pool terrace.

Wieder einmal ein super Urlaub

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal auf der Finca und wie im letzten Jahr haben wir uns super wohl gefühlt, die gesamte Finca ist super schön, das Ferienhaus ist toll eingerichtet mit allem was man benötigt. Wer gerne kocht kann sowohl im Haus oder auf der Terrasse, auf der es eine Outdoorküche gibt, seinem Hobby fröhnen. Besonders die Betreuung durch Matthias ist echt klasse, er ist immer ansprechbar hat uns super nett begleitet und ist immer für einen guten Rat zur Stelle. Wir Kommen im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder !!!

Genialer Urlaub !!!

Wir haben uns von Anfang bis Ende sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Finca hat alles zu bieten, was das Herz begehrt - von geschmackvoller Einrichtung über Pool bis Outdoor-Küche inkl. aller Notwendigkeiten. Das Meer ist fußläufig zu erreichen genauso wie nette Restaurants und Bars. Die Betreuung durch den Verwalter stets fürsorglich, freundlich und allzeit erreichbar. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Gran sitio para pasar las vacaciones

Ha sido un verano espectacular. Somos de la zona y nos hemos sentido en otro sitio totalmente distinto. Nos han tratado muy bien y nos han atendido perfectamente cualquier necesidad. De hecho vamos a repetir para el próximo verano. Muy recomendable

Descorazonador

El alojamiento, tengo que ser sincera es muy agradable, con muy buena ubicación. Pero tiene problemas importantes, desde el momento en que el encargado nos lo enseñó, los armarios de cocina por dentro llenos de hormigas en masa. Inmediatamente nosotros fuimos a comprar productos porque no se podía tener nada de comida ni dentro de los armarios ni fuera, todo lleno de hormigas. El encargado quiso pagarnos los productos, pero me pareció que no merecía la pena y no se lo acepté. Pero hasta ahí, ha sido una lucha diaria. Otro tema importante, es la ropa de cama, de hecho cuando vimos como estaban las camas, había una habitación sin sábanas y de hecho no tenían en la casa. El encargado, de nuevo se tuvo que ir a comprar y únicamente 2 sábanas bajeras que nos dejó en el paquete y tuve que lavar y antes de usarlas. No había sabanas encimeras porque ellos tienen las camas estilo "alemán", con edredones y funda nórdica, en dos camas además las fundas de franela, en pleno mes de agosto y por supuesto sin aire acondicionado. encontramos 3 ventiladores de pie que tuvimos que poner en las habitaciones y hasta en el porche para soportar el calor tan intenso que hemos pasado. Las almohadas, que eran tipo cojín de plumas con manchas amarillentas que daban bastante asquito, son de plumas y entiendo que no se han lavado nunca. Yo procuré poner fundas de cojín que encontré en el armario de la ropa de casa. Las toallas, en cambio, fántasticas y en cantidad, se ve que es más fácil, claro. A propósito del calor, la piscina estaba "verde" y caliente todos los días. Según el encargado era por la alta temperatura....Me he bañado en piscinas de casas particulares en Málaga en las mismas fechas y no estaban verdes, aguas claras y bien tratadas. Es más los bañadores, aún lavándolos se nos han quedado estropeados por el color que han tomado y llegó a comentarnos un día que nos podíamos bañar, pero que no tragaramos agua..... El salón lleno de cojines, mantas de lana en los sofás, etc.. muy de invierno, sin cumplir las medidas recomendadas anti COVID. A favor tengo que decir, que la casa tenía todo tipo de productos de limpieza disponibles y es cómoda. Todavía no he llegado a lo peor. Mi familia vive cerca de la zona de la casa y un día vinieron a comer, típica comida familiar, sin ningún escándalo y me llamó aparte para decirme que se fueran y que no volvieran porque allí solo querían adultos y que no hubiera niños. En la web solo se hacía referencia "no apta niños". Se
