The view of the lake is beautiful. It was so peaceful sitting either on the deck or down at the dock. Unfortunately we did not catch any fish this trip. The home was well stocked and clean. Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. We would recommend this home for your next trip!

Everything was perfect, and the house is beautiful and very inviting. The Kitchen was perfect, with everything you need to cook and entertain. The only thing I could come up with is that it would be nice to have room darkening shades or curtains in the bedrooms. I would give this place a "Ten".

Great location right on the water.

Truly enjoy in the weekend of calm waters. We were able to rent a boat which was a blast. We kayaked, addle board and just enjoyed the water. The weather was awesome as well. The home was great. Met all our needs very large and comfortable.

WONDERFUL!

We loved this home! Perfect location on the water and close to trails! If you are into fitness while on vaca, the driveway makes the perfect spot for incline sprint intervals!

Absolutely loved the kitchen because it was large enough for us to all sit at. Peaceful and deep enough to swim from the dock. Loved the patios and the best were extremely comfortable. Thanks for hosting us!

Relaxing stay at the lake

We had an amazing time on our first trip to the Bella Vista/Bentonville area. The property is beautiful and as described. We loved how well maintained and well stocked it was. Our family spent most of our time at the dock fishing (unsuccessfully), in the kitchen, or on the screened in in porch. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family. The high score and outstanding reviews of this property are well deserved.

Peaceful & relaxing

We had a wonderful time at Talana Lane, it's a beautiful, spacious place with a very homey feel. The kitchen was the most well-stocked of any place we have ever stayed and had plenty of seating for multiple people. We loved taking in the peaceful, relaxing views of the lake from the screened-in porch and enjoyed seeing the repeat visitor Blue Heron in the dead tree across the cove. Communication with the property manager was great. Loved this area and will definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us!

Great for families....

Booked for a vacation getaway and we were very pleased. The place was very clean and had nice "homey" feel with all of the amenities you will ever need. Communication with the property mgr was great as we had a few questions about the area. The exterior was kept up very well and we enjoyed the dock, fishing and swimming from it every day. Bedrooms were clean with very comfy mattresses and nice ceiling fans. Internet speed was pretty good and never dropped connection. TV was able stream just fine! We never had any issues with the house and enjoyed the stay. If we had any recommendations for the property I guess it would be to have small tvs in the bedrooms and maybe a fire pit. Recommendations for the area: - if you fish in the lake, use 1inch bill sunfish crankbaits - hike Tanyard creek waterfall trail...bring water shoes too - eat at BVs bar n grill, El Peublito, & bubbas bbq - Harps is the best for groceries and there is a walmart near by - use water shoes in the lake as theres a lot of rocks and shells. - rent the kayaks Had a great time and appreciated the owners property and hospitality.

Everything Was Perfect!

The entire process was stress free. The property manager Kim was helpful and answered all my questions. The check-in was effortless and we were in the house for the week with no issues. The home was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday and had an amazing time. When we come back to visit, we will definitely stay here again!
