Very happy with the condition, location, and cleanliness of the property. The description is a little misleading because the location isn’t walkable to anywhere. It’s only about a 10-15 minute drive to Gatlinburg and maybe 35 minutes to Sevierville.
It is a beautiful cabin with a greta view. There was a good bit of dust around and had some asthma issue but we only got to stay two night.

I had to park on the edge of the road to let the next cabin pass by. No way to turn around and head to back down the steep drive. Owner would not give the address until five minutes before 4 PM check-in. Cab in was clean and nice . It’s about 30 minutes drive to Gatlinburg not a 15 minute walk. Not to be petty, but was no coffee filters either.
Thank you, we have left a day early. The cabin was too far out of the way, my vehicle sustained damage from the poor roads and it was terrible stay with the construction traffic and hot tub constantly running. Thank you, but we won’t be back or recommending mountain whispers.
Parking as a tad weird (off the side of the road) but right by the door which was nice. The listing said 2 min. Walk to anakeesta which is not true. The cabin was 20 mins out of town BUT they gave us a parking pass in a garage for each night we stayed. Overall loved every second of it

Nice little getaway for the weekend. The only complaint was the driveway very steep, which was OK. We had four-wheel-drive but when you got to the top, there was our cabin to the right and another cabin in front of us with no parking and no turnaround and we had our truck with a enclosed trailer that had our trike in it. We had to call the sheriff in the morning to have them assist us in backing down the very steep winding driveway. we tried calling the number on our fridge for someone to come help us and also bring more towels and no one ever answered or called us back.

Nice cabin Outside of town
When I booked this cabin, I thought it was in town based on the location map of where it showed, and we could park our car and walk everywhere in Gatlinburg. That is actually not the case. It is about a 20-minute drive from town. The rental company was not very responsive to the questions I sent prior to our arrival. I had to reach out to them the day we were checking in to figure out what to do. You have to go to the rental company to sign the paperwork and get the access code and directions the day of. Check-in was not ready until around 4:15. There is no direct parking spot for this cabin, and my husband ended up parking our truck down the hill a bit, so the neighboring cabin could have space to get out. The cabin is very nice for a couple or small family. The hot tub on the deck took a day to warm up but was enjoyed on our second day. Everything you need to cook is available. There is privacy on the deck. The cabin is very cute.
