The cabin was spacious, in good condition, and a great location for our family. Only complaint is we could have used more towels with the hot tub, but we made it work.
Pros: clean, convenient to downtown, easy check in/out
Cons: tiny terrible pillows, very noisy at night (you’ll be woke up by what I assume was the garbage men around 2:30am) no view
Overall It’s great for the price…
Great location and walking distance to Gatlinburg especially in the busy season.
The only issue we had was a part of the handle broke on the commode. We could still flush but but maintenance didn't come out to take care of it when they said they would. I didn't press the issue and was towards the end of our stay. Still a great place to stay and get the Cabin feel and walking distance to Gatlinburg main strip.
