We have assigned parking and we are allowed 1 car per condo. If you plan to bring another vehicle please plan to park it off-site. The guest parking spots are only short-term parking for unloading and since the parking lot is monitored you may be towed if your car is parked overnight or for several hours in that spot. Downtown Gatlinburg has pay-per-day parking garages and lots and if you drive over to Pigeon Forge you can find a spot near a trolley and hop on for a ride back to Gatlinburg!

Great property

Our first time to Gatlinburg. Property is great location. Very quite, didn't even hear a neighbor on the sides or below. Just outside the main drag so you will still have to pay to park in a lot to go do all the stuff but quick drive back to HQ. Having now been I wouldn't want to stay on the main strip cause it's crazy all day and if you get a cabin way out in the woods then you are kinda stuck out there. There are restaurants and a grocery of the strip that make it easier than going back and parking again. Super close drive to Smoky Nat Park. We considered Pigeon Forge but very glad we went with Gatlinburg. It was a quick drive to PG from this property and we did that as well. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with utensils/appliances. TVs to stream programs in all rooms. Property is obviously older like a lot of Gatlinburg but the interior is very updated, is in good condition, well cared for. Very large space for my family of 4. Host was easy to communicate with. If we return to Gatlinburg would definitely stay here again

The property was just as expected. It was very clean and had all our basic needs. The only downfall was no washer and dryer, but they do not claim to have one…just would be nice while at a sports tournament. Great location and perfect for us! Thank you

Great Stay at a Great Condo

Unit was very clean, had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Bed was comfortable. Condo was decorated very nice. Close to downtown, just a short drive. Will stay here again in the future.

great stay

Location was awesome, clean, cute. The only thing I would make people aware of is that there is only one parking spot-so if you all have a group meeting up make sure you have a plan for that! Would stay here again.

Winter in Gatlinburg

Communications were great leading up to and the day of the stay. Check in was a breeze. The place was ok.. the smell was a little bad when you enter. There was strong scents that either come threw the vents or the gap in the door. The fireplace is electric and there was no jucuzzi. The water pressure for the showers was amazing, HOWEVER, there is only enough hot water for maybe half a persons shower. The upstairs bathtub was leaking and non-stop running. Overall, fairly central to town, but older unit. Wouldnt stay again...sorry.
