We'd like to inform prospective guests that a roofing project will be
underway during your stay if you book a unit in Manualoha from 1/2025 to 5/2025.
In consideration of this, we have adjusted and discounted our rates
accordingly for the affected dates, should you choose to proceed with
your booking. Please call in to ensure your selected building will not
be worked on during your dates as this is not permitted during this
project.

If your preferred accommodation is available and selected, you and your
guests may experience noise from the construction work, and parking
spaces adjacent to the affected buildings may be occupied by
construction equipment. We kindly recommend using the existing alternate parking spaces and walking to your unit.

Enjoyed our stay

Our condo had everything we needed for our party of 5. The complex had fantastic amenities such as pool, large spa, tennis courts, community grills & tables plus an easy stroll to Brennen’s & Poipu beaches. Unit had beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, umbrellas & snorkel gear. Everything was clean upon check-in and even had complimentary bottle of wine. This was perfect after a long day of travel. Loved that guests didn’t have to clean upon check-out. Will be back

Great location, no frills unit

Location could not be better. I mean, maybe if it were ON the beach, but it was fantastic. Easy walk to pools, bar/restaurant, beach, etc. The unit itself is a little funky - lots of light switches that sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. The power seemed to have its own life as lights that were one would go in and out. Not a big deal. Very well equipped kitched.

Great location in Poipu

We really enjoyed this spot which feels centrally located to everything you would want in Poipu, and a shortish drive to Waimea Canyon and attractions along the South Coast of Kauai. It's a very reasonable walk to Shipwreck Beach and a short walk to Brennecky (sp?) and Poipu beaches meaning at times we could leave the need for a car behind. Great location to start morning walks and hikes along the South Shores and cliffs, easily drivable to the many good restaurants and attractions in the Poipu area. Comfortable and breezy Lanai with a pleasant view, kitchen is well appointed to make breakfasts and evening drinks/appetizers. Was convenient that condo had beach chairs and other beach gear. Use the condo community pools was nice too. Thanks!
